由于我公司法律观念淡薄,在印制秦皇岛旅游年票卡宣传资料时,我们随意把出版者“xx科技有限公司”的名称替换为“北戴河海洋生命文化传播有限公司”,给游客造成了困惑,给xx科技有限公司造成了伤害,在此向xx科技有限公司、公司全体员工和游客郑重道歉。
对不起,我们对我们的无知给你带来的影响深感不安。请原谅。鉴于伤害已经造成,我们决定采取以下措施来弥补已经造成的损失:
1.向xx科技有限公司和客户道歉,让游客清楚地了解到,xx科技有限公司是秦皇岛旅游年票卡的唯一经销商,而海人寿公司只是经销商之一,不是秦皇岛旅游年票卡的经销商。
2.将链接到海水人寿公司设立的站上的显著位置,以推广至少一个月的年度旅行机票。
3.在站显著位置展示秦皇岛旅游年票卡真实样本(标注xx科技有限公司)。
4.把所有没发出去的宣传资料拿回来烧掉。
5.新印刷的宣传资料必须经xx科技有限公司批准后方可印刷。
我们再次为我们的无知道歉,并自愿承担给xx科技有限公司造成的损失。
