学生说“包”的笔顺。教师示范写“包”字并作讲解。学生练习(描红两个,仿影一个,然后写两个),老师巡视指导(提醒注意双姿)。
(3)师生互动:对学生写字作品进行评价,教师适机点评,对好的奖励画星。
(4)小结:独体字要写得不大不小,放在中间正好,难度大的笔画要写正确、端正。
3、学写“饱、泡、吐”。
(1)观察比较:饱和泡与“包”有什么区别?
(2)“饱”的左右两边的第二笔要持平,右边“包”的最后一笔要写得饱满,起笔要对齐“勹”的撇尖。
(3)“泡”字要左窄右宽。
(4)“吐”字的“土”上横短,下横长。左边口的位置要摆放适当,不能太偏上或者偏下,这样布局字才美观。
“饱、泡、吐”三个字逐个读帖(读帖是写好字的关键),教师在黑板上范写,边提示注意点,然后学生描红、仿影,再练习写2个。教师巡视指导。初评,再练习,再评。对学生写得好的字和写得有进步的字要及时加圈给予肯定,鼓励学生把字越写越好。

(2)“小博士”信箱。本节关键词是:穿插。带反文和欠字边的字练习时要多关注笔画间的穿插。一些关键性的笔画从哪里起笔到哪里收笔要提醒学生,引导学生自己观察,以防字的结构不合理。“穿插”是左右结构的合体字书写时很重要的一条结字规律,教学时可灵活运用学生身边的诸多事例来引导他们深刻理解:如同桌关系的和谐需礼让,座位的空间大小需根据实际情况来安排等等。向学生渗透人与人之间也要注意“穿插礼让”,只有这样,才会有一个和谐团结的集体。

本届二年级的学生都是从一年级就开始接触英语了,(由转学生组成的三五班从二年级开始学习英语)并且当时学得都是pep三年级的教材。由于年龄特征与个性特征差异,加之教材本身的一定难度,一些孩子在基础性操作技能上还有欠缺。比如他们在规范书写这一方面还有待加强,此外音标和字母的拼读这一表音技能上稍微的弱一些。所以在新的一学期中,我会继续加强单词拼背的要求,加强单词及句型的书写训练,适当的引入发音的规律性总结。
1.整体设计目标,体现灵活开放,目标设计以学生技能,语言知识,情感态度,学习策略和文化意识的发展为基础。
2.要面向全体学生,关注每个学生的情感,激发他们学习英语的兴趣,帮助他们建立学习的成就感和自信心,培养创新精神。
3.突出学生主体,尊重个体差异。
4.采用活动途径,倡导体验参与,即采用任务型的教学模式,让学生在老师的指导下通过感知、体验、实践、参与和合作等方式,实现任务的目标,感受成功。
鉴于以上的教学理念与指导思想,我总结了一下本学期自己教育教学的具体措施:
1.抓基础、抓重点:根据教材编排特点及系统安排,以a为主,b为辅助。从unit的角度,整体设计、灵活处理教材的顺序及内容的整合。
2.结合教学内容及课型特点,各有侧重地培养学生的语言能力;注重语言知识的内化与积累;拓展部分根据学生的水平,适度进行。
3.将教学融入生活。课堂上我积极设置与呈现孩子们日常生活中熟悉的种种场景,创造性地设计贴近学生实际的教学活动,吸引和组织他们积极参与,以便学生通过发现、思考、讨论、交流和合作等方式,学习和使用英语,独立地完成学习任务。
4.语法学习:
(1)在语境中应用,提供机会让学生巩固、练习
(2)结合语言材料适时的进行,注重阶段性归纳。
5.要求学生每天坚持听磁带,能熟读课文中的对话并理解期含义,积极参与同学间的互动交流,在日常生活中积极尝试用英语表达自己的情感。
6.每天记5个生词,2个常用句子或习语,并会用常用句型进行造句。实施方面:我会利用“互测或抽查”等形式进行及时检查,保证效果并坚持下去。
7.认真贯彻晨读制度:规定晨读内容,加强监督,保证晨读效果。
8.坚持日测、周测、月测的形成性评价制度:对英语学习实行量化制度,每日、每周、每月都要给学生检验自己努力成果的机会,让进步的同学体会到成就感,让落后的同学找出差距,感受压力。由此在班里形成浓厚的学习氛围,培养学生健康向上的人格和积极竞争的意识。
9.关注学生的情感态度,加强对学生学习策略的指导。
10.积极尝试多媒体进行日常教学,力求探索新的教学模式,开发英语教学资源,拓宽学生学习渠道,提高教学效果。
以上是本学期的教学计划,我会积极加强理论学习,更新教学理念。汲取和借鉴专家和同事们的宝贵意见和建议,赋予课堂情趣与活力,从根本上提高课堂效能、促进学生发展。
一、学生基本情况分析
二年级的学生年龄在7岁左右,对一切东西的概念还不是很清晰,身体素质较差,意志力比较薄弱,针对这些特点,着重对学生进行入门教育和纪律性教育 。小学二年级的学生处于生长发育的初期,运动系统发育还不成熟,处于发展期,运动能力较低,身体各部分肌肉发展不平衡,上下肢协调性差;好动喜玩,想象创造力丰富;学习兴趣易激发。二个年级各有千秋,因此在教学中根据班级的特点进行因材施教。
(一) 生理发育特点
1、二年级学生一般为 7岁,在生理上有所发展。骨骼肌肉茁壮成长,特别是下肢骨骼的增长,比身体增长还要快。
2、 二年级学生肌肉发育尚不完全,含水份多,肌肉纤维较细,肌腱宽而短,关节的软骨较厚,关节囊韧带薄而松弛,关节周围肌肉较细长,关节的伸展性活动范围较大,牢固性较差,容易发生脱臼。因此在体育活动和锻炼时不易进行剧烈运动。
3、 二年级学生神经系统调节心脏活动的功能已发展完成,血液循环比较快,心跳较快,应防止心脏负担过重和体力活动过度。
(二)心理发展特点
1、 二年级学生心理水平还停留在不随意性和具体形象阶段;心理活动的随意性和目的性虽有所发展,但仍以不随意性为主。
2、 二年级学生参加集体活动时的集体意识比较模糊,还不能清楚地意识到自己和集体的关系;意识到班级是一个集体,意识到班级的荣誉。
3、 二年级学生还不具备自我评价能力,对活动的成功与失败不会放到心上,但喜欢听表扬的话,对批评的话语不放在心理,一会就恢复到原始状态。
二、教材分析

走和跑
① 知道自然快速跑的动作方法,
② 会做出两臂曲肘前后摆动的自然快跑及前脚掌着地沿直线进行快速跑动作。
跳跃:
① 了解在踏跳区内起跳的重要意义
② 能做出快速助跑、起跳迅速有力、起跳后向前上方跃起、两腿屈膝上提的。跳远基本动作;做到在踏跳区内准确起跳。
投掷:
① 知道投掷的正确动作方法。
② 能掌握巩固肩上屈肘、自然挥臂的投掷动作。
技巧:
① 道前滚翻的动作方法和要求
② 能做出连续前滚翻的动作,几个前滚翻之间的连接紧密,方向正,翻滚动作正确。
韵律活动:
① 道节奏操的名称和动作方法。
② 能随音乐节拍将全套操连贯起来练习。

三、教学目标
1、通过体育教学向学生进行体育卫生保健教育,进一步了解上体育课和锻炼身体的好处,知道一些保护身体健康的简单常识和方法,增强学生健康,增进体质,促进德、智、体全面发展,养成良好的卫生习惯。
2、通过本学期的教学使学生初步掌握立定跳远动作,跑步的基本方法,学会学习方法, 发展学生跳跃能力,培养学生运动兴趣。进一步学会一些基本运动、游戏、韵律活动和舞蹈的方法,发展身体素质和基本活动能力。培养学生的基本活动能力和一些动作方法,保持正确的身体姿势。积极参与体质测试,争取优秀。通过游戏发展学生的奔跑能力,培养学生认真、负责的积极态度,团结协作的团队精神,体验参加体育活动的乐趣。
3、在一、二年级体育课教学中,以健康第一为指导思想,以适应社会需求及体育课的特点和一、二年级学生心理,生理特点在教学中以运动参与,运动技能,身体健康,心理健康,社会适应五个为主要学习领域,充分利用游戏,教学比赛等有主题的教学渗透到教学中去,使学生在身体素质,心理健康等方面全面发展。同时让学在特定的情境中通过观察、体验、掌握学习的方法。
4、通过体育锻炼,培养集体主义精神,进行爱国主义教育,增强自信心,为终身体育打下坚实的基础。
四、德育渗透
德育是教育的灵魂,育人是教育的本质。把德育改革与课程改革紧密结合起来,以新课程改革为契机,激活教学,优化课堂,使每一堂课都成为德育的有机组成部分,使每一个老师都成为德育工作者。因此,作为一名体育教师,在课堂中渗透德育是我们义不容辞的责任。体育课教学应从增强体质出发,加强课堂教学,经常对学生进行思想品德教育,有意识地培养学生爱国主义、集体主义精神及社会公德、家庭美德、诚实守信等各种优良品质。
五、提高教学效率的措施:
1、年龄普遍较小,多采用游戏
2、小学生好胜心强,可采用一些教学比赛,以增强学生锻炼身体的效果。
3、备课时研究教学大纲,钻研教材,把握重难点,确定训练项目找出练习点;课堂上,激发学生兴趣,采用由易到难,逐步递进,分散难点,分步教学方法。
4、练习上,精讲多练,以教师为主导,学生为主体,动作逐步过渡,步步引课练;指定分组与自由结合组织形式,采用辅助与诱导,讲解示范与模仿练习;增强练习强度、密度,提高学生学习兴趣,有利于掌握和技能形成与提高。
5、给学生足够的发挥空间,鼓励学生创新。有了合适的机会,才能充分让学生去创造,这样不仅满足了学生的兴趣和表现欲望、发展特长,而且还大大促进了学生创新意识和创新能力的提高。
六、进度表
初二阶段是人的身心发育非常重要时期,也是初步形成健康生活方式的重要阶段。初中学生即将或已经进入身体形态和生理机能的发育高峰时期。这一阶段进行体育锻炼可以促进身体的生长发育,使身高增长,体重增加,呼吸机能和心脏功能提高。体育锻炼是促进青少年健康成长的最有效、最积极的手段。体育课是学校教育教学的一个重要组成部分。上好体育课有利于学生的身体健康发展,有利于学生的团结合作,有利于学生精力旺盛,更好的完成其他学科的学习任务,根据课程标准及学校现有场地器材设施以及气候因素制定计划如下:
一、 教材分析:
第一章 体育与健康基础知识 进行本章内容的教学与学生的锻炼实际紧密结合,使学生了解科学锻炼身体的基本原则、体育与机能发展、青春期心理健康及获取体育与健康知识的基本途径和方法。第二、三、四、五、六章 分别是田径、体操、球类 、武术、舞蹈 使学生了解各种体育活动的概念、起源与发展、对促进身心健康的意义、各种技术动作的掌握及练习方法。 让学生了解野外活动的概念、主要内容、一些野外生活技能及活动的种类。
二、 教学目标:
1、使学生理解科学健身的重要性;掌握科学健身的基本原则;树立科学锻炼的意识,坚持经常参加体育锻炼。
2、使学生理解体能的含义和组成要素通过测试使学生对自己的体能状况有所了解,学会发展健康体能的方法,并有意识地在体育运动实践中发展自己的体能。
3、通过教学使学生了解青春期心理健康,引导学生正确认识、分析和对待青春期的心理问题,要求学生能够初步采用体育锻炼和其他方法来调节心理问题,从而达到促进学生心理健康发展的目的。
4、使学生理解掌握体育与健康知识的意义;了解获取体育与健康知识的主要途径,并能对一些体育节目、体育名人、体育报刊进行评价。
5、发展学生的速度、耐力、灵敏、柔韧等运动素质和有氧耐力、肌肉耐力、肌肉力量等健康素质。
6、掌握各种运动的基本技术和技能,安全的进行身体锻炼。以积极进取得态度和行为进行体育锻炼,在上学期的基础上进一步发展。
7、增强自尊和自信,通过练习体验乐趣,加强同学之间的交往,培养不怕挫折、果断顽强、团结合作的精神和道德风尚,热爱自然、热爱祖国的思想感情。
