八年级下册英语教学计划

为了进一步提高教学成绩，巩固教学质量，让学生学有所长，学有所获，让他们的英语水平有更大的提高，现特作本学期英语教学计划：

一、指导思想

全面贯彻党的教育方针，以新课标教学理论为指导;面向全体学生，激发学生学习英语的兴趣，帮组他们建立学习的成就感和自信心，培养创新精神;突出学生主体尊重个体差异;

二.基本情况分析

本人任教八(5)班英语，从上个学期的情况看，本班学生的英语基础很差，惰性很浓，积极性也很差，男生根本没人学英语，作业通常是拿别人的来抄。学生在学习的过程中缺乏小组合作意识，没有养成良好地学习习惯，不能做好课前预习，课后复习，不善于发现和总结语言规律，不注意知识的巩固和积累。

三.教学目标

1.课前预习，找出问题所在;课后复习，熟练所学内容。

2.制定的作业要如期完成。

3，上课专心听讲，乐于参与活动。

4.在现有的基础上提高英语成绩。

四、具体教学措施

1、加强学习，提高自身素质。认真备课，读透教材;要求学生做的习题老师要先做。过精心设计每一节课，注重进行学法指导，讲清每一个语言点;认真筛选作业;写好课堂反思，及时反馈每一次考试并认真做好试卷分析工作，及时总结，不断提高英语教学水平。
