一、指导思想:
结合我校的实际情况和英语学科的特点,以“一案三环六步”为抓手,把提高备课组的质量作为主阵地,努力提高教师的教学理念和业务素质,研究课堂,落实有效教学,扎扎实实做好英语教学工作,不断提高英语课堂效率和质量,创造一个教书育人和谐奋进的优良环境,全面提高我校的英语教学质量。
二、工作目标:
总体目标:培养英语学习兴趣,加强学法指导,抓常态课堂、高效课堂,提高英语教学质量。
三、具体工作:
1.加强理论学习,不断更新教育教学理念。组织本科组的教师深入学习《义务教育英语课程标准》(20__年版)等相关的教育教学理论知识,以先进的教育理念指导自己的教育教学实践,努力做到关注学生学业成就的同时,还要关注学生情感态度、行为方式的发展,注重培养学生的综合实践能力,全面提高学生的素质。
2.加强集体备课,要做到有计划、有目标、有实效、不走形式,各备课组要做到每周备课一次,围绕相关话题,展开讨论,做到定时定点,并有活动记录。整个备课组要统一教学进度,统一教学重难点,统一作业内容,做到有问题,及时沟通,做好二次备课。力求做到有效备课,以集体的力量和智慧来提高全组教师的业务水平和教育教学能力。
3.进一步落实与深化教学常规,研究常态课堂,打造高效课堂。向45分钟要效率。
4.按计划上好研究课,做到个人备课与集体备课相结合,及时组织评议,加强教学方法研究,找出不足,共同学习,共同进步。
5.继续研究英语课题《教师角色转换与课堂师生互动的研究》,组织教师学习研究,探讨与课题有关的内容,每位英语组教师必须写一篇与之有关的经验文章和上一堂公开课。
6.继续建设和完善本教研组课题的`资源库。加强本组教师的教学案、教学反思、教学课件、试题的收集和整理。通过集体备课,公开课、网上收集优秀教案以及和外校交流等多种方式来丰富我组的资源库。加强团队协作能力,实现资源共享,提高我组教师的教育教学水平。
总之,本学期英语教研工作在确保落到实处,不走过场,使每位英语教师都有业务上的真正进步,使本校英语教学工作能上一个新的台阶。
