我扮演的是小松鼠，我戴着松鼠头套，夹着尾巴，在一边候场，等小熊们唱完，我就入场了。我一开始很紧张，但想到要为S38班争光，心里就不紧张了。我大胆地上了台，和小狮子对话，惹得Tina老师笑个不停。
我们的评委是外国人，来自英语俱乐部。最后，我们获得了第二名，他给我们颁了奖。我真开心啊！

今年我们组制订的英语学科活动为：“小学生英语作文大赛”，主要是五、六年级的学生参赛。
开学初，我在我们组订的英语报纸上看到了“小学生英语作文大赛”的消息，免报名费，但是，又仔细一读，每个参赛选手要订阅全年的报纸，大约三十多元，这等于是有报名费的。在教研会上讨论时，大家认为订阅报纸钱数过多，订阅的报纸也没有时间组织学生学习，不如在五、六年级组织比赛作文，不收报名�
我们给学生的写作时间是一个月。
十一月，我们的活动正式开展。经过统计，此次作文比赛共收上来英语文章240余篇，其中五年级110篇，六年级130篇。经过各位教师的评选，批改，共评出一等奖20人，二等奖50人，三等奖80人，鼓励参与奖90人。各奖项已经发了奖品作为奖励。
本次活动的举行，五、六年级的学生参与性强，经常有孩子来问老师怎么选题，用什么时态来写，这个句型这样写行不行，这句话中的这个词能不能用别的词来代替。他们写好以后，还请教师批改，再工工整整的重新誊抄一遍，在写作文的过程当中，他们的词汇增多了，句型运用更灵活了，就连书写也美观了，许多学生有了收获。
本次活动的举行，体现了小学英语课程标准的对学生的写的能力的要求，并且高于新课标的要求，对学生的写作能力是个锻炼，提高了他们写作的积极性，促使他们积极主动的学习，从要我背单词到我要积极的多背单词。学习态度发生了转变。体现了新课标的要求。
本次活动也有值得注意的地方：
一．学生的参与面再广一些就好了；
二．教师先给范文，再让学生摹写，对更多的学生是个锻炼；
三．好的英语小作文要收集好，制作出作文集锦，让学生互相学习；

Trees are very important to people. They can make the air fresh and clean. We want to make our country greener.
I am from Guangzhou. In spring ，the weather is wet and warm. I can play kite.
In summer, the weather is wet and hot. I can swim in the swimming pool. In the autumn, the weather is cool and dry. I can play kite, too. in the winter, the weather is cold and dry. it never snow.
