刚步入初中时，下定决心以自己崭新的面貌去冲刺，无论是在学习上，还是在生活中。
一周下来，除了同位，没有再对其他人说过一句话。早上来到学校，向大家问好的话总是卡在嗓子中说不出口。
日落。我单独走在回家的路上，余辉撒在我泛红的双眼上。今日又没有说话，一次次的失败，如针扎般刺痛了我的心，一次次的告诫自己：失败是胜利之母。但总换不来胜利。走在繁华的街上，风吹在脸上冷冷的。
初中的味道，犹如咖啡般苦涩，却又能在那涩涩的苦中品出一丝甘甜。生活或许就是这样，只有尝过那千般的苦，才能换回万般甜。
还记得那天，是雨天，心也好像蒙了层雾。我单独一人闲逛在校园中，突然，一张绚烂的笑脸映入我的眼帘：“给，咖啡奶茶，甜的哦！缓解心情。”她见我没有答复，又上前来，说道：“看你总是闷闷不乐的呢，甜甜的奶茶可以使心情好起来哦！尝一下吧，嘿嘿！”看着女孩那如阳关般绚烂的笑脸，我不禁一怔，我当时是想以这样绚烂的笑容来迎接新学校的吧！我苦笑的.接过了奶茶，喝了一口，虽然很苦，却是越品越甜，我对这个阳光女孩示以感谢的微笑，“你笑起来很好看的，我是说真的，不要成天愁眉苦脸的了，呐！”“嗯，我们做朋友吧！”这句始终珍藏在我内心深处的话最终说了出来，我快乐的笑了起来。
我发觉，友情就是能够让你坚信有依靠的信念，它能够让你感到暖和；友情就是可以让你在哀痛时找到可以诉说的人，在欢乐时可以找到共享的人，在困难时坚决帮忙你的人。即使全世界都将你遗忘，友情也会找到你
我发觉，友情那淡淡的甜美，它悄然无声的融入了我的生活，那甜，那友情，如咖啡般芳香、芳醇。

So I think we should do something to protect our environment. Everyone should make a contribution to protect the environment.
Taking care of our environment is very important.Wherever you live,you can do something around your neighbourhood.
Have you ever thrown any litter onto the ground?Have you ever drawn pictures on public walls?Have you ever spat in a public place?Have you ever cut down trees?If your answers are "No",it means that you have already helped protect our environment.
It is our duty to keep our envionment clean and tidy. it’s noticable that western holidays are becoming increasingly popular day by day， while chinese traditional festivals are being somewhat neglected. not long before about 10 doctors in beijing university and qinghua unversity announced that we should reject the invasion of western holidays ，because they regard western holidays as an challenge against our traditional festivals and culture.
frankly speaking， i don’t quite agree with ed， we should never neglect or even discard our traditonal festivals as china boasts a brilliant history and splendid traditions. （examples） why can’t we absorb the meaningful western holidays and culture.
there are obvious reasons why some western holidays are so popular in china. on the one hand， some of the western holidays which we chinese don’t have are reasonable and meaningful， such as father’s day and april fool’s day etc. on the other hand，the prevalence of globalization enables western culture to prevail in china. overwhelmed by such a trend，chinese unconsiciously get involved in western holidays and culture.
with the further development of the whole world， the cultural communication between different countries and nations becomes faster and more and more important. we are indeed from different nations， but we are the citizens of the same world， so the outstanding culture of different nations is the commom wealth of everyone on the only way for us to protect our traditional culture is to reject the foreign culture？ the answer is definitely no. what we ought to do is to spare no effort to educate chinese to get to know and treasure our splendid traditions instead of rejecting foreign culture. only by educating can we set our confidence and belief towards our culture. only by educating can we preserve and promote the wealth that our ancesters left for us.
at last i’d like to share a famouse saying of gandhi with all of you ，that is：if you want to change the world， then you must change yourself first.”
You all are leaving your alma mater now. i have no gift to present you all except a piece of advice.
What i would like to advise is that "don’t give up your study." most of the courses you have taken are partly for your certificate. you had no choice but to take them. from now on, you may study on your own. i would advise you to work hard at some special field when you are still young and vigorous. your youth will be gone that will never come back to you again. when you are old, and when your energy are getting poorer, you will not be able to as you wish to. even though you have to study in order to make a living, studies will never live up to you. making a living without studying, you will be shifted out in three or five years. at this time when you hope to make it up, you will say it is too late. perhaps you will say, "after graduation and going into the society, we will meet with an urgent problem, that is, to make a living. for this we have no time to study. even though we hope to study, we have no library nor labs, how can we study further?"
I would like to say that all those who wait to have a library will not study further even though they have one and all these who wait to have a lab will not do experiments even though they have one. when you have a firm resolution and determination to solve a problem, you will naturally economize on food and clothing.
As for time, i should say it’s not a problem. you may know that every day he could do only an hour work, not much more than that because darwin was ill for all his life. you must have read his achievements. every day you spend an hour in reading 10 useful pages, then you will read more than 3650 pages every year. in 30 years you will have read 110,000 pages.
My fellow students, reading 110,000 pages will make you a scholar. but it will take you an hour to read three kinds of small-sized newspapers and it will take you an hour and a half to play four rounds of mahjian pieces. reading small-sized newspapers or playing mahjian pieces, or working hard to be a scholar? it’s up to you all.

And the way I got interested in this was, I noticed in myself, when I was growing up, and until about a few years ago, that I would want to say thank you to someone, I would want to praise them, I would want to take in their praise of me and I'd just stop it. And I asked myself, whyI felt shy, I felt embarrassed. And then my question became, am I the only one who does thisSo, I decided to investigate.

I'm fortunate enough to work in the facility, so I get to see people who are facing life and death with addiction. And sometimes it comes down to something as simple as, their core wound is their father died without ever saying he's proud of them. Good morning dear young fellows from suntrans, Today is my two months and two days celebration of working in suntrans. This is my first job, and I am very glad tohave it, and to stand here sharing my feelings with all of you.
Today my topic is a little bit long, it is,the happy days of my dear little young fellows and me spent together in our companySuntrans. We had numerous happy days together, and every day is memorable. Itis so long that if I share every moment with you, this meeting may last three days or even longer. So in order to give us time to work, to eat, to go homeand to sleep, I will only share three most memorable moments we had together.
The first memorable moment for me was thecompany activity held in May by our human resources Department. We played games together and had a great time. That day was my 25th birthday, but that is not the most important reason whyI remember it so well. Firstly, I learned our company’s history, and felt thatit is very difficult to start a business, and thought that everyone in ourcompany is very hard working. Secondly, I joined Maple’s team that day,although we almost lost all of the competitions, everyone was so happy andfriendly and my team made me understood the meaning of the phrase– “team spirit”.I began to understand and like our company after that day’s activity.
The second memorable moment for me was the birthday party held in May. I never had such a birthday party before, what’s more, my birthday is the same month as our General Manager Lu, and I felt very honored and grateful. I received a lot of warm celebration words from all of you and a lovely birthday card. I was so moved that day and had the feeling that I am a part of this big family. When I blew off the candles, I made three wishes, firstly, make progress in English, secondly, make progress in Japanese,Thirdly, do my best to become a good translator in Suntrans. I hope my wisheswill come true in the future.
The third memorable mmoment for me was The Second Experience Exchanging Forum of Mining Investment 20xx. This is the first time I took part in such a big conference, and I was very excited and willing to do something for it. We did work very hard for this conference, and even asked the Dragon Boat Festival to contribute. This conference gave me a great workexperience and taught me many things: for example how to do advertising and marketing, and a great knowledge in mining industry. The most important is, our young fellows’team work is very brilliant, and I love our company more thanever after this conference.
These are the three most memorable moments for me that I spent with all of you in Suntrans, I hope that we can create moreand more in the future.

what we cannot afford to lose
we cannot lose innovation
there is a wonderful word which expresses the most original motions and desires among human-beings. with solving any kind of imperfections, our world has moved ahead. this is the word “innovation” that we cannot afford to lose.
we chicaned every detail of the innovation. thousands years before, we created fire when we took a stone to knock another one. since han dynasty, four great inventions had been created and it is one of the greatest signs that china become to the ancient civilized country. and nowadays, thousands of software, products, architectures and public facilities have upgraded more than that about 100 years ago. so how did these happen? what will you do if you are not satisfied with your tools anymore? what will you do if old mode cannot afford to develop in a company? there is no doubt that we should innovate no matter where we are and what we do. not because of the design itself, but actually for its intended purpose.
if there was no apple, everyone could not imagine how to contact others easily and enjoy a better internet surfing.
if there was no microsoft, perhaps we still worked in a dim office and duplicate some troublesome documents. if there was no newton, and no theory of gravity, maybe i will win the nobel prize like newton rather than just standing here. i have heard that three apple changed the world. the first one seduced eve. the second one awakened newton. the third one was in the hands of steve jobs. we sort of think the innovation of the world began with apple. i imagine lots of people want to become another newton or jobs right now with just one hand to change the world, right? have the innovation to follow your heart. it somehow already reflects what you truly want to become. everything else is secondary.
via questioning, we can start to innovate. via innovating, we can start to create better lives. no innovation, no improvement. no improvement, no success. and no success, no civilization. now, our time is limited, so don't waste it living someone else's life! don't let the noise of others' opinions drown out your own inner voice! don't let yourself down! it is the innovation that we cannot afford to lose!
