Everyone knows that failure always accompanies us in our life. no matterwhat we do, none of us can say we will surely succeed, because there is no suchthing as plain sailing.
About failure, different people have different opinions. Generallyspeaking, on one hand, people think "failure is the mother of success". Theythink we won't understand the profound meaning of success until we go throughfailure. On the other hand, for some people, failure is frustration. They thinkif a person goes through too much failure, he will collapse and lose confidencein his life.in my opinion, failure is the footstone and catalyst of the edificeof success. "you don't know what you have until it's gone." if you have neverlost it, and always get it easily, you will not cherish what you get andown.
The prizes of life are at the end of each journey, not near the beginning; and it is not given to me to know how many steps are necessary in order to reach my goal. Failure I may still encounter at the thousandth step, yet success hides behind the next bend in the road. Never will I know how close it lies unless I turn the corner. Always will I take another step. If that is of no avail I will take another, and yet another. In truth, one step at a time is not too difficult. Henceforth, I will consider each day's effort as but one blow of my blade against a mighty oak. The first blow may cause not a tremor in the wood, nor the second, nor the third. Each bolw, of itself, may be trifling, and seem of no consequence. Yet from childish swipes the oak will eventually tumble. So it will be with my efforts of today. I will be liken to the rain drop which washes away the mountain; the ant who devours a tiger; the star which brightens the earth; the slave who builds a pyramid. I will build my castle one brick at a time for I know that small attempts, repeated, will complete any undertaking.
Everyone is different in character, as if we are the students in the movie,the teachers are the coach, we are not excellent now, but the teachers willteach us according to our different characteristics and cheer us up to overcomethe difficulties.
Though we are not outstanding now, yet just study and trust each other,find out advantages and drop our disadvantages, lay stress on the teamwork andour own situation. It doesn’t matter that how far our dreams are and howdifficulties and setbacks there are on our roads . I believe we’ll succeed atlast.
每个人的性格都是不同的,就好像我们是学生在电影中,教师是教练,现在我们不是优秀的,但是老师会教我们根据我们不同的特征和克服困难使我们振作起来。
虽然我们现在不优秀,只是学习和彼此信任,找出优点放我们的缺点,注重团队合作和我们自己的情况。不管我们的梦想有多远,有困难和挫折在我们的道路。我相信我们会成功的。
