今天，我能在这里和大家共同交流工作体会，感到万分荣幸，感谢各位领导和老师给了我这样一次机会。同时，也感谢吴老师给我们创造了这么好的一个交流平台。
说实在，我校的英语成绩和在座部分的兄弟学校相比还是有一些差距，在座兄弟学校的很多作法也值得我们学习，所以我把这次交流也当成是一次学习机会。最近几年，在学校领导的重视下，在我校师生的共同努力下，我校的英语成绩，正在慢慢进步，我们老师一致认为成绩的取得和平时心血的付出是成正比的。下面我介绍一下我校在英语教学实践中的一些作法和感悟，一家之言，若有不当之处，请各位多批评指正。
一、建立良好的师生关系，做一名学生喜欢的老师
教学中，我们感受最深的是，学生在成长过程中，需要知识，更需要关爱，关爱是一份情感，也是一份责任，作为老师，除了要有精湛的业务、敬业的精神、全面的知识，更重要的是在传道授业解惑时，做到爱生如子。人与人之间的感情是相互的，学生虽小，但他们都有着一颗敏感而真诚的心，只要你真心关爱他们，他们一定会有令你惊喜的回报。“亲其师而信其道”，只有让学生喜欢你，他们才会信任你，向着你引导的方向发展。
这些年来，我们一直坚持不放弃每一个学生，学会激励自卑的学生，点拨后进的学生，暗示自负的学生，发现特殊的学生，服务每一个学生，关爱所有的学生，用心去与学生交流，用爱去抚慰心灵，构建师生平等，关系和谐，共同进步的求知家园。
二、狠抓课堂教学，构建和谐高效课堂
新时期的教育，要求我们既要求减轻负担，又要求提高教育质量，这就要求必须在课堂上下功夫，提高课堂效率，我们英语组通常注重以下几个方面：
1、集思广益，加强集体备课。
大家都知道，备好课是上好课的前提。一个人的智慧和能力是有限的，集体备课能充分发挥大家的智慧，集思广益，它是优化课堂教学结构和解决教育教学问题的有效途径。通过集体备课，确定哪些是重点难点，哪些知识点扩展到什么程度，会以什么形式出题，做到心中有数，实现资源共享。每一级每个班学生特点各不相同，所以我们在集体备课中非常注重仔细研究学生，采取适合学生的方法导入新课，用学生易于掌握的方法讲解新知，用学生感兴趣的方法组织课堂活动。
2、满怀激情，焕发课堂活力。
在备好课的基础上，每节课都满怀热情地走进教室，面向学生的那一刻，都要精神抖擞，讲课时也是充满激情，声音响亮，抑扬顿挫。因为快乐的情绪可以传染，如果你把快乐的情绪、积极地心态传染给学生，他的学习效率可能会成倍增长。
3 、精讲多练，提高课堂效率。
初中生的注意力集中时间只能持续十五到二十分钟。如果仍然是“一张嘴，一支笔，从课首讲到课尾。”的教学模式，就会出现“老师讲得天花乱坠，学生听得昏昏欲睡”的现象。新课程理念要求我们重视学生在课堂上的主体地位，少讲多练。少讲并不意味着粗略讲解，一带而过。初中生的接受能力还是有限，对于重难点的知识，根据学生特点细致的讲解，多举例，多操练，讲一点，练一点，讲练结合，让大多数学生都能跟上，参与活动，要面向全体学生，才会取得好成绩。
4、取长补短，开展组内听课。
通过互听课，教师之间互相取长补短，这对提高自己的教学能力、提升自己的教学手段具有重要的意义，也是不断提升学校教育教学质量的重要途径。我们英语组一直坚持开展组内听课，跨年级进行听课，了解各年龄段的学生情况，这是我们作为九年一贯制学校的优势，听课后及时进行点评，重点将不足之处，上课教师在听取别的教师的交流研讨后，结合自己的课堂教学，及时反思。
5、查漏补缺，及时抓弱补偏。
在提高课堂效率的基础上，还要指导、督促学生搞好课外复习，防止知识的遗忘，并经常进行检查测试，多批多改，及时发现问题，解决问题。对于存在的问题，我们有针对性的进行训练，并在下一步的教学中继续加以渗透，穿插复习。对于存在问题的`学生，耐心讲解，明确要求，基础知识，跟踪检查，人人过关。
三、群策群力，加强家校联系。
成绩的取得，需要各方面的共同努力和支持。在这一点上，我校领导非常重视英语教学，经常参加我们英语组的活动并给予指导，同时在安排学校工作时也尽量考虑到英语这门学科。例如：将初中优秀的英语老师进行跨头安排，即担任小学英语又担任初中英语，这样可以达到一个良性循环。再比如：让英语老师担任班主任，两个平行班由两位老师任教加强竞争等等。所以学校成绩的取得，与学校领导的重视和支持是密不可分的。
另一方面就是家长的支持，我们通过QQ、校讯通、电话等多种途径与家长建立联系，现在随着生活水平的提高，在农村中家长也越来越重视教育，支持教育。多与家长沟通，可以提高学生在家里的效率，避免“5+2=0”的现象出现。
以上是我介绍了我校的一些做法，说不上经验之谈，只是作一交流。教学工作千头万绪，实施起来仁者见仁，智者见智，关键还是要根据学生的特点，教学计划要全面，要有针对性，扎实到位，检查工作要及时，较快地适应教材及学生的变化。就如我们打牌，不管抓到怎样的一手牌，我们都要尽力把手里的牌打到最好。谢谢！

My name is Jie Lidi. Today, my topic is: “Confidence”。 As we all know, the failure is the mother of success. But What I want to say is that success is the child of confidence. Without confidence, things can become negative and uncofortable.I remember, during an English class, I wanted to make a sentence using the word "listen".
I should have said: "I listen to the Voice of America" but I was too nervous and said "I listen to the Noise of America". Everybody in the class laughed. Since then I wanted to train myself to be confident.
Now, confidence makes me brave and courageous. Take this speech for example. I wanted to enter this competition, but I would feel very embarrassed if I made mistakes. Just then, I thought about my dream. My dream is to become a scientist when I grow up.
If I am not confident, how can I overcoedifficulties I face? If I am not confident, how can I succeed in developing myself in the future? I will do it! Today, I am making a speech in public and I feel proud and confident!

i would like to add, small businesses will say to me any tax reduction will be great. just let me know what it is. what is going to be my percentage. tell me what the rate is going to be so i can plan. without fail, every single one of those businesses tell me they will take that money and reinvest it in their business and hire more people. that will grow our economy. we will see that growth when we see tax rates go down. especially those in thellcs, all that money flows through. you know exactly how that works. we are working on it.

大家好，呵呵，我们也不是第一次见面了。通过四班级一年的相处，我对我们的孩子也有了更深的了解。在这过去的一年多时间内，我在讨论教学的同时也在思索着一个问题，那就是：如何与我们孩子成为伴侣，成为他们的良师益友。诚然，我们的孩子在学习上临时又先有后，但是，撇开成果，我发觉我们的孩子每个都很可爱。比如，老师生病或哪里不舒适，他们会很关怀地问：老师怎么了。平常，也会很乐观地帮老师发发作业或者做些力所能及的'事情，这些，都让老师心里感觉很温和。所以，我始终力争让自己用观赏的眼光看待每一位同学。当然，我们生活在一个现实的世界。成果不得不考虑。由于，孩子以后要中考，要高考。所以，接下来，就孩子学习上的问题我提几点建议。
1，是个老生常谈的话题：背书。班里大部分同学还是可以主动去组长那边背书，但还有个别几个同学不自觉，不去背书或者不会背。所以盼望家长回家每天督促孩子背书至少半小时，（不管有没有口头作业）。英语中，口头作业有时甚至比笔头作业更重要。
2，回家作业。还是有那么几个同学，每天作业给我偷工减料，少做一些（自以为聪慧，可以不被老师发觉），或者说作业本忘在家了，若果一两次忘在家里，老师也信任。但是，作业本每天忘在家里，这个明显在哄骗。所以请家长每天孩子的回家作业也仔细督促好。
3，上课的态度与效率问题。有好多题目，老师在课上、课后说了许多遍，但有些同学孩子记不住。同样的坑，掉进去许多次。那么，我反复思索：假如是态度问题，那么，以后同学就要在课上仔细听讲了；但假如是效率问题，我有个建议：家长给孩子新华书店去买些相关的学习材料，每次老师讲新课之前，让同学自己先预习课本与学习资料，这样，同学上新课时就不会对新知感到过于生疏，心中也会对新知有所预备于了解，这样，对于老师讲授的学问也易于把握。
各位家长，孩子的成长与进步需要家长、老师、孩子共同的协作与努力。

多媒体被广泛应用于语文教学中，但是，我们仍然坚持板书的作用不可忽略。我们可以利用板书梳理课文内容，展示课文结构，
提示写作要点。它凝练的语言、丰富的内涵能够帮助学生在阅读与写作之间架起一座桥梁。
黑板上呈现的是我针对王执教的《月光曲》所设计的板书，此板书主要基于以下三点设计：
一、 板书与文意相符
此板书以五线谱为衬托，体现了文章的主题与音乐有关，这样，不但激发了学生的学习兴趣，而且激起了学生的好奇——语文课为什么画出五线谱？五线谱上的字就像一个个小音符，从整体上看，不正像贝多芬创作的《月光曲》的曲谱吗？学生看着这样的板书，不也是一种享受吗？
二、 词语代表创作过程
此板书紧紧围绕教学重点展开：贝多芬在散步时听到了什么，接着看到了什么，又是怎样想的，让学生体会到贝多芬思想感情的变化是：对音乐的痴迷，对穷兄妹的同情，遇到知音的激动，产生合理的想象，进而创作了《月光曲》。
三、 以创新因创新
此板书是执教者在理解课文基础上的创意，学生看到老师的创新，他们的思维也会不拘一格，也会产生某些奇思异想，创新的火花不就被点燃了吗？学生创新可能就从板书开始了。
学英语的发言稿
各位家长，大家好！今天，我很荣幸地在这里，和你们共同探讨一下“怎样帮助孩子学好英语”。
首先介绍一下教材，三年级英语，是小学英语学习中一个重要的起步阶段。我相信现在很多家长都知道，小学里的英语教材和中学的英语教材是完全衔接的，而不是到了初中还会重新学习。如果现在的英语没有学好，那相对来说，到初中学起来就比较累。所以我们只有现在打好良好的基础，才不会导致英语越学越难、越学越差。
怎样帮助孩子学好英语呢？我们老师自然是最直接的知识传授者，有着不可推卸的责任。在此，我只是真诚地呼吁我们的家长配合学校，配合老师，我们共同努力来帮助孩子学好英语。为帮助孩子更好地学好英语，我给各位家长提以下几点建议：
（1）给孩子准备一个学习英语的听音设备，如：磁带、光盘、点读机等，一定让孩子多听录音。在少儿英语教学中，首先是加强听力训练和说话训练，然后才是读写能力的培养。听说能力差，用英语进行交际的能力也就差。因此要确保孩子每天至少边听录音，边跟读课文10-20分钟，要读出声音，最好家长在旁监督，会更有效。有时学生可能 为此，家长一定要配合学校来要求孩子，要创造条件让孩子多听纯正的录音，多听几遍、听清楚以后再跟着说，让孩子尽量模仿录音中的发音。
（2）让孩子大声说英语 家长要每天询问孩子学习英语的情况，不管当天有无英语课。家长要鼓励孩子每天大声地朗读、对话、问答，大声说，这样有利于清楚地表达自己，也有利于他人纠正自己的错误。另外，还请各位家长在家里督促孩子保质保量地完成英语作业，该读的读、该背的背、该写的写、该记的记，及时巩固，养成良好的习惯。家长的良好榜样起着很大的作用。孩子一般还没有明确的学习目的，这时，家长对学习的态度，特别是行为，会极大地影响孩子。千万不能纵容自己的孩子第一次说：英语好难，我学不好；就任由他去。你让你的孩子知道：今天，你花大时间去养成好习惯，明天，你就可以更好。今天，你偷懒了一会，你明天的作业就会更多。累积下来，你就是欠债最多的人。
（3）要认识英语单词和句子。有些学生能把对话和单词背出来，但是考试却经常考不好，原因在于他不认识试卷上的单词和句子。所以我建议各位家长，要求孩子在读对话时，必须要看着书读，边读边指。看得多了，自然也就认识了。
在学校中每个孩子的学习时间都差不多，但校外的时间长短则不同。希望各位家长能针对自己孩子的`实际情况进行监督，教导您的孩子要有吃苦耐劳的精神。我确信：学好英语贵在努力和坚持，学不好英语的人都是懒惰的人。曾经有家长说：“老师，我自己没知识，教不了孩子，就辛苦老师你了。”或者是，“孩子不听我的话，我说了没用。”这是许多家长所烦恼的问题。现在，我特别想告诉这些家长的是：即使你教不了孩子，但是你至少可以抽时间陪着他完成。很多家庭作业，其实都只是读读背背，抄抄写写什么的，难度不大。即使自己真的不懂，孩子读得对不对听不出来，但读得熟练不熟练，总能听得出来吧。如果家长足够重视并注意方法的话，没有教不起的孩子。
孩子是每个家庭的核心和希望，有一位家长曾说：“要把培养孩子当作自己的事业来做。”这句话道出了所有家长的心声，只要我们多投入一点，相信孩子会给予我们更多的回报！我们不应该也绝不能让我们的孩子们输在起跑线上。
因此，本学期我希望家长朋友对孩子的学习再多一些关注，多一些督促，多一些耐心，多一份坚持。如果我们真正关心和重视孩子，我们的孩子不一定是最好的，但肯定会越来越好。不要因为我们的不重视，让原本可以优秀的孩子原地踏步，或者越来越差。我真诚地希望各位家长和我一起继续努力，使每个孩子都能学有所获。最后， 再次感谢你们的理解与支持，谢谢大家！
各位家长：
晚上好！很快乐能有这样一个时机，和大家一起沟通孩子的英语学习状况，帮忙孩子学好英语，用好英语，为今后的英语学习打好基础。
小学阶段是建构外语学习方法和策略的根底阶段。孩子们通过学习英语，不仅获得相应的语言和文化学问，而且从中可以总结与完善自身的学习方法和策略，促进他们全面进展。整个小学英语的学习分低、中、高三个阶段，一二年级着重学生根本语音的仿照，三四年级则注意英文的标准书写和仿写（五六年级才是孩子真正开头接触语法。）那么四年级是很关键的一年，由于四年级起到了承上启下的作用，我们要在三年级良好的根底上让孩子连续保持英语学习的兴趣，为将来升入高年级打下坚实的基础假如你的孩子以前的英语没有学好，那相对来说，现在会学得比拟累；同样地，假如现在不学好英语，那将来的英语学习也是不难想象的。
在英语课堂上，大局部孩子都能很活泼的答复教师提出的问题，积极跟着教师拼读单词，朗读课文。其实这也制造了一种假象，孩子认为自己经常被教师提问，认为自己能够答复教师的问题，于是认为自己的英语学得很不错，自我感觉特殊好。于是下课后在英语上花的时间就少了。其实要学好英语，课上占40%，其余的60%还需要学生在课后不断的稳固，加深记忆。在课上教师更多的是教授新学问，固然课上也会有少量的时间稳固新学的'学问。但是这些时间是公共的时间，而不是每个学生私有的时间，所以不行能照看到每个学生，不行能让全部学生都到达一样的程度。况且每个学生对新学问的承受力量都是不同的，有的可能当堂就已经有很深的印象，但这确定是很少的。大局部学生都只能是初步接触了新学问，要真正承受新学问还要学生在课后多下功夫，不然确定会和别的同学产生差距。
那么在课后学生究竟该怎么做才能把其余的60%补回来呢？英语究竟不是我们自己的语言，大多数学生除了英语课其余时间根本就不会想到要说英语，所以，在课后肯定要主动抽时间为自己补习英语。学好英语，不外乎就是在听，说，读，写这些方面下功夫。
首先说一下“听”，每个学生都有和书相配套的磁带（有的甚至买了光盘），光靠上课听一点点的磁带，学生的听力根本就不能有什么进展。不会听就不能说，我差不多每节英语课后都布置听的作业。听录音跟读，不是鹦鹉学舌，听见什么就跟着说什么。所读的学问已经学过了，跟录音读应当是提高自己的听力和口语表达力量，要学生尽力地去仿照录音里的发音，从而使自己的听力和口语都提高一个层次。
接下来是“说”，英语是一门语言，学了就是要说，要和别人沟通。在课上我会用各种方法来刺激学生，激发他们说英语的积极性，大多数学生也的确做得很好。可是班级里人多，对每个人来说，说的时机就少。所以下课也要说；放学回家也要说。在家里，盼望家长能鼓舞孩子说英语，孩子需要你的鼓舞，你听了他们说的只要简洁表扬一句，他们就会很满意了。有时候你们也可以让孩子反过来教你，他们会觉得很骄傲。
接下来是“读”。有句话：“读书破万卷，下笔如有神”，学英语也是这样，学英语要培育语感，也就是语言的感觉，假如有很好的语感，那么不管是说话，还是做题目，都很轻松，很简洁了。那么语感怎么来呢？就是靠读出来的。肯定要让孩子养成每天读英语的习惯，这是学英语的最根本的学习习惯了。假如你的孩子还没有养成读的学习习惯，请你肯定要催促他，刚开头或许会比拟难，时间久了，就会习惯成自然。就像早上起来要刷牙洗脸一样，要让他们把读英语当作每天必做的一件事。
最终是“写”。四年级英语已经对学生有肯定的书写要求：26个字母（包括大小写）的书写和一些简洁的单词拼写。单词的拼写对学生来说比拟难，但是背单词是学英语的必经之路。单词往往背过就简单遗忘，所以要不断的背，不断的翻新，这是没有方法的。我要求学生在背单词的时候边拼边写，嘴巴和手都要动起来，嘴上十遍不如手上一遍。
本学期几点要求是：
1、关于字母和单词的背诵和听写。
这是根底之基础每单元readandwrite局部四线三格中的字母和单词要求学生能听写，要求学生回家背诵并听写，高质量的听写要做到准时、有效。当天教，当晚背，这是符合人脑遗忘规律的，效果要比过几天补好得多，这样课堂上听写的时候，听写质量就很高，正确率高，也是一次小小得胜利体验。久而久之，不仅打好了词汇根底，也培育了好习惯。这一点我们的大局部孩子能自觉做到并完成的较好。固然每个班总有几个需要特殊关注的孩子，我很想和家长形成合力，让这些孩子也进入到自主学习主动学习的行列中，让他们也能尝到胜利的味道。

各位领导、各位老师：
下午好！今年，我们的孩子进入了小学阶段最关键的一年，关于英语学习的重要性，我就不想赘述了，大家看看满大街的英语培训机构、到处散发的英语辅导小广告就知道了。今天主要谈两点，一是孩子英语学习的现状，二是我在今后的努力方向。
由于我们是农村学校，英语学科的学习可以算是一个硬伤！在毕业考中要想取得与数学、语文、科学同等的好成绩这个结果，无论是对于教师还是学生都是一个非常艰巨的任务。首先对于学生来说，英语这一科完全是陌生的学科，我们学校只有短短三年的系统学习的时间，就好比上到3年级的知识却要考6年级的难度，怎么可能呢？而对于老师来说，在远远少于其他学科的有限的时间中，要将一年级的孩子直接教到六年级的水平也只能选择纯粹的知识灌输，这就免不了少了让孩子体会循序渐进的这种大量乐趣，从而使一部分学生丧失了对这一学科的兴趣和热情，给教学带来了不便。
虽然，在平时的教学工作中，我已经尽量使用多媒体，并且坚持每节课有课前热身活动：如小诗，歌曲，身体律动等等，但是问题也随之而来--这些被有趣小知识占用的时间就会影响应试的大知识的传授。所以，我一直有个困惑，英语学科的兴趣培养和知识教学到底应该怎么样来协调和融合？
以上是我对英语学科现状的一些感受，下面是孩子们的学习情况。 从期中之前的情况来看呢，我感觉孩子学习劲头还是比较足的。大多数孩子上课时能够认真听讲、积极发言，还有一些孩子学习很踏实、很用心，绝大部分同学同学作业都能按时完成。但是完成质量高的不多。比如，我布置的默写单词、词组，一些同学根本就是抄一遍了事，没有掌握单词的拼写。要求背诵课文，有的同学连读都不读，这在第二天的课堂上都能体现出来。
第二个感觉呢，从我们期中测验卷上可以看得出，成绩不够理想。从卷面反馈来看，同学们的基础比较薄弱。单词拼写错误多说明单词背得不熟练，句型搭配、连词成句错的多说明课文不熟悉，而书面表达也体现了孩子们综合知识的运用能力还欠缺。最终反映出课后功夫下的不够。
今年学校同样非常重视六年级，对英语也是提到了要特别提高。所以，对于我们这一届孩子我们学校是寄予了很大希望的，作为老师我们也是满怀信心和热情。作为不经常使用的外语，仅靠课堂上的。四十分钟是远远不够的，大量的读背默要在课外完成，这些也是英语学习的基础，对于自制力较弱的孩子来说，我觉得家长的督促尤为重要。 所以在上次开家长会时我请家长们一定要做好督促工作。
1、每天的作业都记在家庭作业本上，请家长在作业本上签字。签字的目的，不是为了签字而签字，读，读了么，是不是跟录音读的；背，背的熟不熟。每天的作业老师指出的错误及时纠正了么。
2、默单词、词组不是默完就算，一定要让孩子对着书检查一遍，把错的改正再背会，才真正起到默的效果。每课的的单词默写，一般要求当天教当天默。这是符合人的遗忘规律的。效果要比过几天补要好的多，这样，在学校默的时候，学生就有底气，正确率高，这也是一次成功的体验，可以增强孩子学习英语的信心。
3、经常检查孩子的书，一是可以看出孩子上课是否认真听了、记了，二是督促孩子及时复习老师上课是讲的重点。

3、看孩子的试卷，不是光看看分数就完了，要了解孩子为什么错，是单词没记住，是上课没注意听，还有就是把老师评讲的要点让孩子认真复习。帮助孩子把试卷保存好，每次期中期末考试前把所有的试卷翻看一遍，专看老师记的重点和自己的错题是非常有效的方法，起到事半功倍的效果。
其实众所周知：学英语并没有多少技巧，也不需要多聪明，关键的字只有两个“功夫”！在这小学最关键的一年，我会在孩子身上下更多点功夫，主要集中在句子练习和书面表达这两个薄弱环节上，让到孩子们上中学的时候能轻松一点。
最终一句话，革命尚未成功，同志尚需努力，这一年，我会和他们一起努力，加油！

下午好，我是两个班的英语老师，很高兴能有这个机会和大家探讨一下毕业班孩子的英语学习，由于水平有限，不当之处，敬请批评指正。
先说一下现状：两极分化严重。其实学生们在三年级时是在同一起跑线上起跑的，经过两年来的学习，学生与学生之间已经已经有了很大的差距。一些同学学习兴趣浓，学习劲头足，课堂上积极思维，踊跃发言，课后及时巩固，形成了良性循环，越学越简单，越简单越愿意学。可也有一些学生，平时学习习惯不好，上课不认真听讲，下课偷懒不完成作业，结果他们现在课上听讲出现困难，听不懂，不会读，不敢读，最后直接不听不读不写作业，自己放弃了自己。其实他们真的不想学好，不愿进步吗，肯定不是，他们也想得到老师的表扬，家长的鼓励，同学的尊敬，只是因为当时上课有一点点走神，下课有一点点偷懒，有几次作业没做几个单词没背，现在学习越来越费劲越来越痛苦。我们的孩子变成这样都是他们自己的错吗，当然不是，孩子毕竟是孩子，他们自制力很弱，肯定愿意偷懒愿意玩，是我们做老师做家长的没有尽到责任，如果当时我们能够给他们更多的关注，更多的鼓励，拉他们一把，也许他们就是那些令人骄傲的孩子，你们就是让人羡慕的那些家长。
有的家长说，是呀，当时也没大管他，上班都挺累的慌的，是呀您当时是轻松了，孩子可是给荒废了，现在才是小学，初中高中呢，估计得操更多的心。
那么怎样帮助孩子学好英语呢？我们老师自然是最直接的知识传授者，有着不可推卸的责任。这里，我们只是呼吁我们的家长能够配合学校，配合老师，靠我们共同的努力来帮助孩子学好英语。下面我就具体说一下家长可以做的：
很多家长都问我，怎样才能学好英语呢？其实，学好英语，不外乎就是在听、说、读、写这些方面下功夫。培养孩子良好的学习英语的`习惯。
（1）让孩子多听录音
很多孩子都有点读机，教学光盘，磁带，但是有多少孩子充分利用了这些资源了呢，听英语肯定不如看电视玩游戏好玩，孩子肯定不愿意听，这时候就看签名；
4、有部分同学出现畏难情绪，学习不够积极。
二、四年级英语的难点：
1、要求学生掌握的单词多，对话长；
2、开始涉及语法，学生较难理解；
3、新增判断所给单词的发音是否相同的题型（考学生对字母、字母组合发音的认识）。
4、新增阅读短文判断（考学生对单词、语法的综合运用）。
三、希望各位能做的事情：
1、根据孩子每天登记的作业，督促孩子认真完成并签名。
2、每天晚上监督孩子默写十个单词和背对话。
3、平时多与老师沟通联系。
各位家长，孩子的成长与发展，离不开我们教师的辛勤劳动，也离不开家长的密切配合，更离不开学生的自身努力。只有三股绳拧到一起，你们的孩子、我们的学生才能把英语学好，才能创造出一个灿烂的明天。

In my understanding, if we refer to an ideal college life as a formalwestern dinner, then a high GPA, that is, Grade Point Average, should be themain course, while an active part in activities, together with associations,means the appetizer. Some romances, of course, play the role as desserts. Theyare the 3 key elements for an ideal college life.
Those, however, are not what college life is all about. As we all know,college is wildly different from middle school. It connects not only adolescenceto adulthood, but also the ivory tower to the real society. Therefore, the idealcollege life is that I become matured both physically and mentally, and that Iobtain qualified academic knowledge and get well prepared for society at thesame time.
Under this circumstance, I never expect my college life to be too ideal, oryou can call it too perfect. 教学复习计划，力求安排合理、有序、高效。其实我们根本没有时间三轮复习，只有一轮。复习主要分为三个阶段，复习有条不紊，环环相扣，且三个阶段各有侧重。
第一阶段：回归课本，夯实基础。
这个阶段强调词块的记忆和基础的巩固。为减轻学生负担和能在大容量的复习课中加强效果，浓缩课本每一个单元四会单词，重要短语和重点句型及语法知识的提纲。尤其是经典背诵，让几个单元的短语融合在一起形成篇章。让学生不仅仅记住单词与短语，更是加强学生短语运用在篇章中的能力。课堂检测题帮助中层生和后进生增强对英语总复习的信心，让学生每天都有收获的喜悦感。
第二阶段：以语法专题为主线，目标是使学生对初中的'语法知识有系统的理解。学生在第一阶段反复操练把单词和短语，在第二阶段教会学生如何运用这些词汇。这一阶段充分的练习很有必要。
第三阶段：综合模拟为主，进行适应性的强化训练。通过对学生限时测试，模拟中考时间、考场要求、答题方式等，训练了学生应试的能力和技巧。

时光飞逝，转眼间我在萍实已经度过将近两个春秋了，回想起在学校的日子，在学校领导亲切的关怀下，同事们的帮助下，我在不断地成长。作为一名萍实人，我感到很自豪。因此，今天我也是带着两个感谢而来。我要感谢学校，是这所美丽的学校给了我这样一个平台展现自我。我还要感谢我们八年级英语备课组，我所在的备课组是一个优秀的，年轻的，充满活力的备课组，许多老师都是我学习的榜样，像刘冬兰老师，杨虹老师，她们都非常优秀和敬业，并很耐心地帮助和指导我们这些年轻教师，使我们不断提高。 从七年级开始，我所任教的就是3班和4班，也许是我比较幸运吧！整体来说，这两个班的学生都很听话，接受能力也比较强。但英语是一门外语，对于学生而言，既生疏又困难，在这样一种环境下，要教好英语就要让学生喜欢上英语，让他们对英语有兴趣。否则学生对这门学科产生畏难情绪，不愿学，也无法学下去。随着学校高效课堂的推进，小组合作在提高学生的兴趣和积极性方面起到了很大的作用。在课堂上的单词预习，过关，课文与对话的朗读，帮扶对子之间的对话操练，课堂的当堂反馈等等方面，我采取的都是小组合作的`形式。因为评价是一个很好的武器。这样他们愿意说，抢着说，那你还怕他们没兴趣吗？这样既提高了学生的兴趣又增强了他们的团队合作意识。其实，我们在教学中海可以吧生活和课堂相结合，用英语格言来励志，用幽默故事来驱散，减轻学生的压力。在操练口语时，尽量找学生感兴趣的话题，在培养学生的阅读能力时，也尽量挑一些趣味性较强的故事。由易到难，学生有了自信，学起来也相应轻松许多。 学生的基础和能力是有区别的，因此我们的作业练习不要千篇一律，为了进一步真正做到高效课堂，我尽量对不同层次的学生设计不同要求的练习，让全体学生都能参与到英语学习中。我每天都会有最基本的词汇和句型要求全体学生掌握，但对于语言的能力运用题，我会有意识地将难题与基础题分开，经过学生充分思考后，先提问基础好的较难题，再提问基础差的基础题，这样，各个层次的学生都能得到不同程度的提高。 对于作业的批改，后进生我会采取“面批”的方式，也可以让基础较好的学生和他们“互批”。然后我会对他们采取鼓励性的评语式的书面评价方式，不会一味地用分数来进行评价。因为分数相同与同样两个错误的答案是不一样的。老师在“面批”的时候可以给学生面对面地进行答疑解惑，而学生合作“互批”可以让后进生消除心理障碍，找到自己学习的榜样。 此外，我觉得作为一名老师，不仅要让学生喜欢上自己的课，在课后与学生的关系也相当的重要。我希望他们不仅把我当老师，更把我当朋友。因此，我不会放过任何一个与学生交流的机会，像学校举行的运动会，圣诞晚会等等活动，我都会和学生们一起参与。我还会利用午自习和晚自习的时间找学生谈心，让学生感到老师很关心他很重视他。遇到一些问题学生或是成绩有些退步的学生，我会先帮他们找出问题的根源，再对他们进行鼓励，并且和他们作一些约定，如果他们在今后的学习中取得了进步，哪怕是一点点小小的进步，我都会对他们进行表扬和奖励。尊重是双方的，你付出了真心，相信收获的同样是一份真诚。就这样，学生们信任我了，我也能和他们打成一片了，所以在我生日时，教师节时，他们会主动发信息给我，送礼物给我，去学校广播站点歌祝福我，当我在工作中不顺心，甚至失去信心时，他们还会在QQ上留言鼓励我，这让我明白，我并不是一个人在战斗，有了这样可爱的，坚强的后盾，我还有什么理由退缩呢？

晚上好！三年级七个班，我是1-5班的的英语老师，6和7班是由Miss Pan任教的。我觉得很万分荣幸，为了这群可爱的孩子，我们有缘相聚在这里。其实，我们小学英语和语数、科学相比，她还是一个很年轻的学科，从开设到现在只有十一年的时间。
我们整个国家、社会、家长到学生都对它相当的关注，我们学校的领导非常重视英语这个学科。

一、教材
我们的教材非常的漂亮，和我们初中时学习的课本完全不一样。现在使用的是人教版（整个南湖区统一）PEP教材从三年级起，到六年级共八册。编排上基本上都是共有六个单元以及2个复习单元。每个单元都是围绕一个主题Topic展开的分ABC三个部分。AB两部分是学习的重点，C部分不做要求，一般都是英语故事，歌曲、英美文化背景知识、风俗习惯的介绍等等。但既然是学习一种语言，我想很必要了解一下西方的文化和风俗习惯，因此，我们平时在课堂上也很自然的会渗透这方面的知识。
AB是学习的重点，这两部分的结构是一样的，主要是两块内容，：Let’ talk、和Let’ learn、举例：现在我们孩子在学的第二单元为例，Let’ learn、就是单词的学习，要求学生听懂、会说、会认读。细心的家长会发现这里有六个单词。For example、 “head”-h-e-a-d(头)这个单词，我们要求学生听到单词head能明白其意思，能大声说出这个单词。这两个要求听、说对学生来说不难，我们觉得认读对孩子来说是最难的，因为还没有学习字母，或许有的孩子在课外已经学过字母了，但大多数孩子还没有字母的基础，因此还不要求拼写单词。只要孩子看到这个单词head能知道这个单词就可以。当然，在课堂上我们进行单词教学时，不是一个个孤零零地把单词拿出来，我说一个学生跟读一个，而是把它放在句型中进行。This is my head、 Touch your head、 I have a head、这样就是希望给学生更多信息输入量，同时，也是为了让学生明白怎样来使用这个单词。
Let’ talk、说一说，就是我们说的情景对话。对话，我们是要求孩子能听懂、会说（熟读）所学的对话，在课堂上，我们一般都会请学生进行角色替换、对话表演、随着学习的深入，我们希望学生能根据创设的情景，进行对话的改编和表演。这也就是我们平时所说的真正做到学以致用。语言只用在使用中才能体现它的意义和价值。
Let’ do!（做一做）Let’s sing!（唱一唱）Le’t chant!（说唱）Let’s play!（游戏）都是服务于我们所学的对话和词汇，活泼、生动、形式多样的课堂才能吸引我们学生的注意力，使他们学的轻松、学的快乐。
二、作业本
刚才，我们谈了教材，现在我想说一下作业本。原先我们就只有一本作业本，这学期，学生的作业量还是比较大的，有三本配套的作业本：初了作业本，现在又增加了抄写本CB和同步特训。一般来说，作业本我们都是在课堂上完成的，而抄写本都是在每次单词学习后，我们都会布置学生回家抄写相应的单词，而特训题目量比较大，一般我们是有选择的做些练习题。课堂作业本基本在学校里完成，而抄写本和同训留与学生作为书面的回家作业，一般也都是在10-15分钟完成。
我们的英语为了便于家长签字，我和班主任商量后要求孩子把英语作业抄在语回上，每个星期都有三次英语的回家作业。我们还会根据教材的内容，布置一些英语特色的作业。我们每个学期，各年级都会组织一次英语活动或比赛。像我们三年级将在今年的12月份组织英语贺卡的制作比赛。今天，我借此机会先做了宣传，我们希望每个学生都有机会参与到这项比赛中来。
三、教学评价
我想家长还是有很多疑问的，老师是如何评价学生的？学生的成绩册上英语有三块内容，平时、期末和总评。应该说，我们教研组在学生英语评价方面很有特色的，我们都是很关注学生在学习上动态的发展，因此对学生的评价是以形成性评价和终结性评价相结合的方式。像Miss Pan潘老师用的。。。我是以火柴棒累计的方式，如果各位回到教室里，或许就会注意到一个Chart表格。我们是根据孩子的课堂纪律、回答、表演以及作业这些方面进行统计的，说实话，这个工作是相当的繁琐，但是孩子们还是喜欢这样的评价方式。
说起评价，肯定是离不开考试，平时，我们一般是两个单元进行一次测试，每份试卷都有听力和笔试两部分。我们英语一二单元的考试将在长假回来后进行。应该说这也是小孩子人生中第一次正式的`英语测试，我们的爸爸妈妈、孩子，说实话，作为他们的老师我也多少有些紧张。怎么复习？这两个单元的日常用语，词汇主要是第一单元11个文具单词，第二单元12个人体部位，听听做做。或许学生听力答题的速度跟不上，图意理解，单词认读上。
期末学生们除了参加南湖区的统一考试外，我们还要进行口语测试，这两块分数对孩子来说都是很重要的。南湖区每一学年，都要进行一次全面的听说能力的抽测。这个抽测一般有三块内容：第一做听力，第二是和老师进行一对一的口语对话，最后是朗读一份英文材料。从前三次抽测的结果来看，我们都觉得第三部分对来说是比较难的，如果没有良好的认读基础，拿到一篇新的英文短文就要读出来，对学生来讲是挺不容易的。
四、要求家长配合
三年级是第一年把英语作为正式的学科放在课程中，我也是新接这240多个孩子，应该说通过这近一个月的接触，我想孩子们应该在比较适应我的教学，我也期盼着他们能喜欢我的课堂，ENJOY my lesson、我也希望他们能喜欢英语这个学科。俗话说：万事开头难，希望在孩子学习的启蒙阶段有一个良好的学习习惯；同时，我也希望得到各位的配合和支持：
1、找适当的时机，和孩子进行一下交流。问问孩子：你觉得英语怎么样？如果孩子觉得困难，应该多鼓励鼓励他。我已经接到过家长的电话和信息，应该说他们是很细心的爸爸妈妈。
2、英语是一门很特殊的学科，只靠一周三堂课是远远不够的，要想学好英语说实话没有什么捷径。以往，班里英语学的比较好的学生，我了解的就是课堂上专心听讲、课后每天坚持听录音，他们不仅认真听学校里磁带录音包括课外教材的录音材料。相信：工夫不负苦心人。如果能坚持不懈，持之以恒，肯定能把英语学好的。
我想强调一下听录音跟读的要求，现在学生学习的条件都比较好，爸爸妈妈为了孩子的学习都很舍得花钱，现在除了卡式录音机，还有复读机、点读机，据我了解，这些机器使用的都是一样的。我们要求学生跟读录音时，力求能做到四个到：眼到、手到、口到、心到，其中手到就是指读单词和句子Listen, point and say，我在课堂上也是这样要求的，但有的孩子还做得不够。还有口到，希望孩子们边听边大声的跟读，有家长反映磁带的语速比较快，如果孩子读得时候不是很肯定，那么就再把这部分内容放一遍，像对话，一般请放一句暂停一下，学生跟读后再放下一句。这样才能把单词、句子真正记到心里。
听仔细，看仔细，我们对形近字比如head和hand，thirteen和thirty等等的区分也会仔细。从作业或考试来看，有些学生还是容易把他们混淆的。
3、最后，我要友情提示的是：因为不是每天有英语课，有的孩子还是挺粗心的，上课会忘带课本；还有的孩子忘带作业本，作为老师，我们每天作业的批改量是挺大的，我也习惯了，按时上交作业。

下午好！今年，我们的孩子进入了小学阶段最关键的一年，关于英语学习的重要性，我就不想赘述了，大家看看满大街的英语培训机构、到处散发的英语辅导小广告就知道了。今天主要谈两点，一是孩子英语学习的现状，二是我在今后的努力方向。
由于我们是农村学校，英语学科的学习可以算是一个硬伤！在毕业考中要想取得与数学、语文、科学同等的好成绩这个结果，无论是对于教师还是学生都是一个非常艰巨的任务。首先对于学生来说，英语这一科完全是陌生的学科，我们学校只有短短三年的系统学习的时间，就好比上到3年级的知识却要考6年级的难度，怎么可能呢？而对于老师来说，在远远少于其他学科的有限的时间中，要将一年级的孩子直接教到六年级的水平也只能选择纯粹的知识灌输，这就免不了少了让孩子体会循序渐进的这种大量乐趣，从而使一部分学生丧失了对这一学科的兴趣和热情，给教学带来了不便。
虽然，在平时的教学工作中，我已经尽量使用多媒体，并且坚持每节课有课前热身活动：如小诗，歌曲，身体律动等等，但是问题也随之而来--这些被有趣小知识占用的时间就会影响应试的大知识的传授。所以，我一直有个困惑，英语学科的兴趣培养和知识教学到底应该怎么样来协调和融合？
以上是我对英语学科现状的一些感受，下面是孩子们的学习情况。 从期中之前的情况来看呢，我感觉孩子学习劲头还是比较足的。大多数孩子上课时能够认真听讲、积极发言，还有一些孩子学习很踏实、很用心，绝大部分同学同学作业都能按时完成。但是完成质量高的不多。比如，我布置的默写单词、词组，一些同学根本就是抄一遍了事，没有掌握单词的拼写。要求背诵课文，有的同学连读都不读，这在第二天的课堂上都能体现出来。
第二个感觉呢，从我们期中测验卷上可以看得出，成绩不够理想。从卷面反馈来看，同学们的基础比较薄弱。单词拼写错误多说明单词背得不熟练，句型搭配、连词成句错的多说明课文不熟悉，而书面表达也体现了孩子们综合知识的运用能力还欠缺。最终反映出课后功夫下的不够。
今年学校同样非常重视六年级，对英语也是提到了要特别提高。所以，对于我们这一届孩子我们学校是寄予了很大希望的，作为老师我们也是满怀信心和热情。作为不经常使用的外语，仅靠课堂上的四十分钟是远远不够的，大量的读背默要在课外完成，这些也是英语学习的基础，对于自制力较弱的孩子来说，我觉得家长的督促尤为重要。 所以在上次开家长会时我请家长们一定要做好督促工作。
1、每天的作业都记在家庭作业本上，请家长在作业本上签字。签字的目的，不是为了签字而签字，读，读了么，是不是跟录音读的；背，背的熟不熟。每天的作业老师指出的错误及时纠正了么。
2、默单词、词组不是默完就算，一定要让孩子对着书检查一遍，把错的改正再背会，才真正起到默的效果。每课的的单词默写，一般要求当天教当天默。这是符合人的遗忘规律的。效果要比过几天补要好的多，这样，在学校默的时候，学生就有底气，正确率高，这也是一次成功的体验，可以增强孩子学习英语的信心。
3、经常检查孩子的书，一是可以看出孩子上课是否认真听了、记了，二是督促孩子及时复习老师上课是讲的重点。

其实众所周知：学英语并没有多少技巧，也不需要多聪明，关键的字只有两个“功夫”！在这小学最关键的一年，我会在孩子身上下更多点功夫，主要集中在句子练习和书面表达这两个薄弱环节上，让到孩子们上中学的时候能轻松一点。

到底如何才能学好英语呢？如果一个人想学好英语，他可以从两个方面对英语进行重点突破与训练。
一。从内在找原因。
其实有很多人学不好英语不是因为他没有语言天赋，而是因为它缺乏对英语学习的兴趣与热情。人们常说“兴趣是最好的老师”，如果有人想学好英(请收藏本站)语，他就需要从自己的内在找原因，从自己内心发掘出对学习英语的热情和信心。从而发现英语学习的乐趣并喜欢上英语，这样英语学习就会有事半功倍的效果。对英语的兴趣可应通过这些方法进行培养，例如，唱英文歌、做英语游戏、读英语幽默短文、练习口头对话、看英文原声电影并进行模仿等。只要培养出对英语的兴趣，学习英语将变得轻松简单起来。
二。外在因素。
其实影响英语学习的外在因素有很多，如：学习环境，语言环境，平时的学习方法等等，要想克服这些因素，我有以下几点建议：
1.制定一个英语学习的`计划表，根据自己的英语水平的实际情况，定好训练的起点，然后持之以恒的坚持下去。我个人建议是：英语基础十分薄弱的人最好从扩大词汇量开始，因为单词是英语的基础，掌握足够的单词对英语的阅读和听力有很大的帮助。而基础较好的可以在夸大词汇量的同时适当的加强自己的语法方面学习。之后可以扩展到阅读听力写作的单项训练，再到做成套的题加以巩固练习。
2.做到课前做好预习，上课注意听讲，记好笔记，不懂的问题要及时问老师，跟老师沟通交流，课后要做好复习，老师上课时间讲过的知识点一定要记牢。
3.有条件的人可以请一名外国家教或外语家教，经常做一些英语对话这样可以锻炼英语思维和英语口语。条件很不错的可以到外国旅游，或者出国留学，生活一段时间。因为在国外的环境中，外国人居多，所以将迫使你不得不说英文，久而久之，你的英语水平将有显著提高。
4.在日常生活中有意识的锻炼自己的英语，比如多听多学英文歌曲，多看英文原声电影(注意：在看英文原声电影时，尽量不要看中文字幕，看不懂的词可以写在一个积累本上，然后查字典，弄懂意思后要有意识的背诵下来，可以对电影进行模仿，注意演员的口型和发音，这样既积累了词汇，又锻炼了口语。)，可以背诵一些比较有名的英文文章或诗歌等。
5.可以买几本题集，从单项到综合的买，定好练习计划，每次做完一套题必须立刻进行批改，准备一本错题集，将错的题抄在本子上，并将自己出的问题和正确的解释和语法点写在下面，经常拿出来看看，使自己在碰到相似问题时不易出错。
以上是我个人对英语学习的一些看法和建议，其实还是那句老话“只要功夫下的深，铁杵也能磨成针。”对英语的学习不是一蹴而就的，是需要有坚强的意志和持之以恒的品质的，我想一个人如果能够坚持自己的目标，将英语学习进行到底，在英语上一定会有所收益的。
