有了爱，便有了一切；有了爱，便有了教育的源泉。大大的“爱”字，让我真正走进了孩子们的世界。20__年9月，学校安排我到一年级包班。开学第一天，一个叫昌锡明的男孩引起了我的注意，他经常摔倒，摔倒后很难站起来，原来孩子患有先天性肌肉坏死症。由于疾病的原因，每当间操和体育课，锡明就像一只被关在笼子里的小鸟一样孤零零地坐在教室里。第二天课间操时我紧紧地握住锡明的手说：“走，我们一起做操去！”我让他站在班队的最前面，看着他做操。他站不稳了，我马上扶住他；他摔倒了，我马上抱起他，他疲惫了，我用双肩支撑他，他可能受到冲撞时，我用自己的身躯保护他。课间操结束了，我再将他搀回教室。从那天起，每天的间操时，全校师生都会看见我领出一个孩子，又扶回一个孩子。就这样，转眼就是几年。有时，小锡铭上厕所不方便，他实在不好意思总是麻烦同学，就偷偷地在别的班的卫生区里撒了尿。我知道后总是自己悄悄地打扫干净。一天，我在书中发现了一张小纸条，上面写着“老师，谢谢您，谢谢您无私的爱！”看着那熟悉的字迹，我的心不断在震颤，眼圈也在不自觉中潮湿了。
对学生的爱，让我收获着做教师的深深感动，在心与心的碰撞中懂得了什么是幸福。这份幸福更指引着我在业务上刻苦钻研，在不断的成长中细细地体会着教书育人的快乐。
20__年10月，我主动提出在班级进行教学改革。消息一传出，就掀起了轩然大波。有的老师说我是出风头，老师一直这样教，学生一直这样学，不是你说改就能改的。家长有的到学校找我，有的给我打电话，他们都不想让我用他们的孩子做实验！得知消息的丈夫也开始埋怨我自找麻烦。面对着方方面面的阻力，我犹豫过。但一想到班里那么多天天辛苦学习的孩子们，想到他们被强迫接受学习，机械练习、死记硬背的样子，我就又坚定起来。庆幸的是，我的教改计划得到了学校领导的支持与鼓励，这也给了我无穷的动力。我就暗下决心，不但要实施教改，而且一定要成功。于是我自己拿着摄像机主动要求外出听课，发现好的作法就录下来，回到家里一边反复看录像，一边查阅教改资料，一边钻研自己的教改方法。一个又一个不眠的夜晚，一遍又一遍的反复推敲，终于换来了我自己清晰的教改计划。我跟家长们说：“我们的孩子在长期的灌输式学习中变得内向、被动、缺少自信和创造性。因此，我要通过教改培养学生获取知识的能力、分析解决问题的能力以及交流合作的能力。”家长终于被我说服了，临走时他们用仍有疑虑的目光告诉我，自己肩上的担子更重了。
叶圣陶先生说过，教师之为教，不在全盘授予，而在相机诱导。这就要求实施教改的我一定要完成角色上的转变，由课堂的主导者变成引导者。我教改的第一步就是培养学生的质疑能力。已习惯老师提问的学生听到现在要他们自己提问时个个面面相觑。于是我要求每个学生在做预习时都要提问。课堂检查预习时，对提出有新意问题的学生大加表扬。渐渐的，学生问题越来越多，针对性也越来越强，课堂随之活跃起来。接着我开始培养学生解决问题的能力。我有意的把一些小游戏、小故事引进课堂，有时还发动学生把一些玩具带到课堂，营造一种轻松愉快的气氛，学生争着解答问题。那段时间我真是逢山开路，遇水搭桥！一刻也不敢放松的坚持着、尝试着、探索着，越来越多的学生开始适应我的新课堂模式。有一天，我在讲授《刺猬汉斯》一课，当问到文中的两个国王谁对谁错时，从不发言的魏德功第一次大胆的站了起来，他大声地说：“这两个国王的做法都对！从父亲的立场出发，他们都希望自己的女儿幸福。”他的回答遭到大家的质疑，在同学们接二连三的追问中我发现魏德功有些坚持不住了，我当即带头为他鼓起了掌。我从这个孩子与众不同的回答中不但看到他敢于表达的勇气，更读懂了他的'内心，这个生活在离异家庭的孩子多么渴望父爱呀！第二天，我就主动联系了魏德功的父亲。原来，他的父亲患有严重的疾病，根本不能照顾自己的孩子。当我把孩子在校的表现告诉他时，一个高大的男人竟潸然泪下。这时我叫来了魏德功，孩子看到很久没见到的苍老的爸爸，他也哭了。就是从那天起，魏德功变了。每一堂课他都抢着发言，每次活动他都积极参加。魏德功的进步让原来和他一样沉默的孩子看到了希望，于是我发动全班同学帮助他们，谁上网查到了资料就会主动地复印几份，送给家里没电脑的同学，大家互帮互助，资源共享，课堂上再也找不到一个沉默的身影。课堂气氛轻松、愉快，从始至终充满学生质疑声、解答声、讨论声、辩论声、欢笑声，吸引了很多老师来听课，他们亲切地叫我的学生“机灵鬼儿”、“小能豆”，法国教育家第斯多惠所说：“教学的艺术不在于传授本领，而在于激励、唤醒和鼓舞。”这正是我不懈的教育追求。
漫漫长路，一路走来，虽有山重水复疑无路的困惑与辛劳，但更多的是收获了柳暗花明又一村的惊喜和幸福。20__年4月，在全校公开课《隐姓埋名三十年》上，李嘉欣同学恰如其分地引用《卜算子·咏梅》赞颂王承书的淡泊名利，无私奉献，让所有的老师赞叹不已。20__年12月，在全区教改公开课《将相和》上，江如蓝同学图文并茂的为大家讲解赵王为秦王鼓的瑟是高档乐器，而秦王为赵王击的缶是低档乐器，这一点也可以说明是赵王胜了，把听课的老师惊呆了。不到12岁的小姑娘翟丁玉写出了两万多字的小说《回忆的天空》。百灵鸟李雨青在全国青少年读书演讲活动中获一等奖。教改的五年里，我所带过的两个班级语文成绩一直在全区名列全茅。我的教改终于被大家认可了，并在全区推广，这让我拥有了一份期盼已久的成功的幸福。这种幸福再一次让我坚信自己选择教改的正确，分数只能伴随学生一时，能力才能伴随学生的一生。

No One Can Be Perfect
Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. Today I want to tell you a story about one of my friends, a lovely and smart girl who is always ready to help others. Being our grade leader, she is good at both work and study. In many people's opinion, she is excellent and perfect. But one day she told me she was gloomy and insecure. People around her considered her outstanding and flawless, thinking she could handle everything. But the more she thought about herself, the more disappointed she became. She found that she was far from perfection. Last week, she didn’t do well in her French quiz, and the day before yesterday, she was late for a conference. She felt depressed and frustrated, because she failed to be a perfect girl without any mistakes.
I was surprised to hear that for I thought she had every reason to be confident. However, the expectation of perfection has become a burden to her. I told her no one could be perfect and I suggested she find her own position.
In fact, people are so eager to be perfect that they demand too much of themselves. They want to be special and unique, and they want to have no defects or weaknesses. However, we can never avoid mistakes and errors. It’s impossible for us to be a superman or a superwoman. No matter how successful we are, there are always some flaws. If we hold that everything should be perfect, we would be overcritical.
My friend now has changed her attitude. She accepts her shortcomings but still keeps a positive outlook. She is even more active and doesn’t allow the mistakes to hinder her pursuit of excellence. And I think that’s the way we should be!That’s all. Thank you!

Today, my topic is "Changing Ourselves".
At first, I'd like to tell you a little story about an insurance salesman in Tokyo. Even though this man tried very hard to promote the insurance, nobody bought it. One day, he came to a small temple and began to brag about his insurance. After listening to his introduction, the monk said: "Your recommendation of insurance can't arouse any of my interests! When you are communicating with others, you must have the charm to attract others, or you will be unpromising in the future. Young man, try to change yourself!"
The salesman thought deeply about each word. From then on, he invited all his friends to point out his weakness and kept on improving himself bit by bit for all his life. Thirty years later, he became a millionaire. And this man is the famous salesperson in the world: Yuan Yi Ping. His experience reflects one attitude: sometimes, we should change ourselves instead of changing the world.
Human beings always scan others, therefore, lots of people just see the flaws of them, then they will blame and criticize the outside factors, some people will even try to change them! Unfortunately, they ignore the importance of the inner factors.
Everybody in the world needs to examine himself critically, everybody has to learn to be tolerant and generous. You won't think the world is splendid unless you change your attitude first.
Dear friends, we'd better remodel ourselves rather than blame each other. We Are Family 20xx is a special year for Beijing for the Olympic Games. It is a special year for me too. I watched 8 games. The Olympic Games let me know, for all of the people in the world, we are family. In the 16 days, I saw different people from different countries. I heard different languages in the world. I sat next to English, American, Canadian and Korean when watching hockey games. I shouted “Go! Go! Go!” with Argentinian and Serbian when watching football match. In the Olympic Park, Australian friends shared their small gifts with Russian, German, French and Chinese. Everybody from different countries smiled at each other. Everybody was friendly to each other in these 16 days.
This is Olympic. It brings friendship, it brings peace.
I will remember the Beijing Olympic Games in my life.

I have a dream today。

We all want the future to be better than the past. But the future can go better itself. Don’t cry because it is over, smile because it happened. From the past, we’ve learnt that the life is tough, but we are tougher. We’ve learnt that we can’t choose how we feel, but we can choose what about it. Failure doesn’t mean you don’t have it, it does mean you should do it in a different way. Failure doesn’t mean you should give up, it does mean you must try harder.

It’s a great pleasure for me/It’s nice to to give you a speech here. Nowadays mastering a foreign language is very helpful in our daily life. I feel it a great honor to share my opinions about English learning with you. Firstly, I believe it is useful to remember as many sentence patterns as possible. Secondly, we should try our best to read more English newspapers and magazines after class, which helps to improve our reading abilities. Besides, TV programmes are of great help to us. But I think to leave my parents to far away places to practice martial arts, hard work, a little loathe to give up. During my childhood, I have a dream, I hope I have the money. We are a normal member of the big family of nature good afternoon everybody. honorable judges, ladies and gentlemen. today，we are gathering here to discuss a very hot issue. how to find harmony in a new age between man and nature? where modern science and technology are concerned i am only a layman i have to say. however, living in this new age , seeing my dear ones suffering from respiratory diseases from time to time, finding the beautiful colors of green and blue are being replaced by that of gray and pale, and realizing that our mother planet is getting more and more unhealthy; i cant help trying to offer my idea and my trivial efforts to look for the answer of the question. as the ancient greek oracle goes: know thyself. i think in answering this above-mentioned question, this precondition is also very important. who are we? this is a question, which should be answered not only by those specialists, but also by every one of human beings. some people may proudly say: we are the masters of nature.
It is true that the idea of man can conquer nature has dominated peoples mind for years, and it is true, man has kept acting like a master and doing whatever things he wants for thousands of years. however, as the consequence of this kind of leadership , now the master seems to be confronted with problems that are far beyond his control. facts are really very ample. the green house effect leaves islands and cities along the coast, such as this oriental pearl-shanghai, in danger of the disaster of being drowned; the holes of the ozone layer make the earth less suitable to live for some creatures including human beings; the phenomena of el nino and la nina leave the land with serious flood and drought, and the diseases, caused by pollution, are increasing at an incredible speed... seeing all these facts, can we still ignore the counterattack of nature? we are not the masters of nature. facing all the disasters made by ourselves, we, mankind as a whole should realize that we are just a normal member of the big family of nature. any mistreatment towards nature will meet only with the revenge from her. by saying so, i do not mean we should give a sudden stop to any development. because that will result in a threat to the existence of human society. i mean we should treat nature

We know it is difficult to learn English. My English is very good. I learnEnglish like this. I Listen to the teacher carefully and write the important points down on mynotebooks. After class I revise the lessons. Before class I prepare new lessonsto find out the questions. Then I will listen carefully in class. I also listen to the tape, and speak English with my classmates in theclassroom and on the playground. It’s to improve my listening and speaking.
