Dear friends,
As we all know, we are what we eat. Therefore, it’s very important for us to form healthy eating habits. However, bad eating habits are still very common among us students. Some of us often go to school without breakfast; some like to have snacks; some others are particular about food; and still some eat or drink too much. All these bad habits will surely do harm to our health.
To keep fit, we should have various healthy diets, which generally include proper amounts of fish, meat, vegetables, fruit as well as main food. Besides, we’d better have meals regularly.
In my opinion, we should try to develop healthy eating habits to build up a strong body. Only in this way can we have enough energy to study better.

I have a warm family . there are four people in my family, my Grandmother, father, mother and I.
My Grandmother was retired some years ago. She’s a housewife now. My father is a policeman , my mother is an Accountant of The Chinese Certified Public, I am a student.
My parents are very busy. but they never forget to taking care of me. On holidays we often go to the library,or climb little hill,or play balls.we are happy.
A Place to Sleep
By the time John pulled into the little town, every hotel room was taken. "You've got to have a room somewhere." he pleaded. "Or just a bed--I don't care where."
"Well, I do have a double room with one occupant," admitted the manager," and he might be glad to split the cost. But to tell you the truth, he snores so loudly that people in adjoining rooms have complained in the past. I'm not sure it'd be worth it to you."
"No problem," the tired traveler assured him. "I'll take it."
The next morning, John came down to breakfast bright-eyed and bushy-tailed. When asked about how he slept, he replied, "Never better."
The manager was impressed. "No problem with the other guy snoring, then?"
"Nope. I shut him up in no time."
"How'd you manage that?"
"He was already in bed, snoring away, when I came in the room," John said. "I went over, gave him a kiss on the cheek, said, 'Goodnight, beautiful.' With that he sat up all night watching me."
My favourite colour is green,we can see the colour everywhere:tree leaves are green,grass is green and so on.Green is also a healthy colour,during our lives,we seeing this colour more often is good for our eyes,and why we don't called those natural food like "Red Food","Blue Food" or "Purple Food"? So you can understand how impotant it is.Green means life,hope youth and etc.That's my favourite colour:Green,I hope more and more people will like green like me.

B：我国素称礼仪之邦，其重视礼节程度不亚于欧美任何一国。但是由于中西风俗习惯有很大的差异，如果我们对此不了解，在与英美人进行交往时，就会引起对方的误会，发生不必要的误解。这里我仅把英美人在问候、告辞和称呼上的礼节习惯介绍给大家，以便有助于大家的英语学习和同外国朋友的交往。
一、Greetings问候
我们中国人见面打招呼时习惯说：您吃过了吗?(Have you eaten? / Have you had your meal?)或者说：您上哪去?(Where are you going? )。而英美人见面时如果是上午则说：Good morning. 如果是在下午则说：Good afternoon, 在傍晚就说：Good evening. 如果与熟人打招呼则说：How are you? 如果是与较熟的人或朋友打招呼则说：Hello, 或Hi. 如果用我们中国人见面打招呼时常说的"Have you eaten?"去问候英美人，就会引起对方的误解，因为"Have you eaten?"在英语里不是打招呼用语，而是"邀请对方去吃饭"。如果见到英美人时说："Where are you going?"他们会很不高兴。因为"Where are you going?"对英美人来说则是"即干涉别人的私事。"
A：二、Parting告辞
到别人家串门或作客，告辞时，英美人习惯说："I should go now." 或 " I'd better be going now."意思都是"我得走了"。英美人在告辞时从不说："I'll go back."(我回去了。)或"I'll go first."(我先走了。)因为在英语里, "I'll go first."的意思是："时间不早了，客人们该离开了。我先走给大家起了头，其他客人也应该马上离去。"
B：三、Addressing People 称呼 平时，我们常听到学生称呼老师为"Teacher Wang"(王老师)，"Teacher Li"(李老师)，即便对外籍教师也是如此称呼。其实这是不符合英美人习惯的。
在英语中，"teacher"不能用于称呼。那么怎么来称呼老师才符合英语习惯呢?一般来说，英美人称呼中小学的男老师为"Sir"，或Mr，女教师为"Miss"，如 Mr wang Miss zhang Miss Green

In 20xx， I will be 9 years old。 Many people might say： You are too young to do anything for the Games， but I don’t think so。 I am sure I can do a lot for the event。
