一、在政治上
热爱祖国,热爱党,热爱社会主义,热爱人民教育事业,认真学习马克思列宁主义,坚持四项基本原则,热爱学生,关心、了解学生,循循善诱,诲人不倦,尊重、信任学生,充分尊重学生的人格和自尊心,鼓励他们积极前进,对学生一视同仁。热爱学校,关心集体,谦虚谨慎,团结协作,与家长、社会紧密配合,共同教育学生。其身正,不令而行。以身作则,为人师表,正直,诚实,言行一致,表里如一,严于律己,用自己的模范行为来教育影响学生。这种影响体现在德智体美劳诸育的过程之中,体现在自己全部的政治态度、思想意识、治学精神、生活作风、待人接物的整个人格之中。
二、在知识结构上
具有比较精深和渊博的专业知识和教育科学的理论知识。苏联教育家马卡连科深刻地指出:学生可以原谅老师的严厉、刻板,甚至吹毛求疵,但是不能原谅他不学无术。知识是师生交流思想感情,探讨真理的桥梁,知识的传授是教师塑造人才的主要手段。在我的学生时代,当我选择教师作为自己的职业时,我就很注意构建自己最佳的知识结构。以扎实的专业知识为基础,广泛摄取各方面的知识,并努力做到专与博的有机结合。在大学和研究生课程班学习以及教学过程中,我努力掌握专业知识体系,透彻理解教学大纲、教科书的内涵,而且时刻注意掌握本学科的最新研究成果和发展趋势。
正因为掌握了知识的内在规律,我在课堂上才能融会贯通,灵活运用,驾驭自如。当今社会是信息时代,我时刻提醒自己,要永远像海绵一样从各方面吸取知识,成为掌握现代知识的新时代的老师,并以自己的顽强学习的精神给学生以生动的。教育影响。
三、在能力结构上
我比较注重探索新的教学方法,具有开拓创新能力,新时代需要创新型人才,教育需要培养创新型学生,作为教师,善于从实践中发现新知识,解决新问题,形成新观念,才能把学生培养成创新型人才。面对当代社会科学技术的迅速发展,通过书籍报刊电视广播以及计算机网络,发现、确认新信息,提高自己选择、摘要、简化、分析、分类、处理、保存、应用新知识和新技术的能力。
语言表达用语准确,情感丰富,逻辑严谨,板书精当。教育组织能力强,充分发挥各方面优势,创设最佳教育环境,有效地控制、组织集体活动,完成既定的教育任务。
教育是人类最光辉的事业,随着社会的发展,它永远充满魅力和挑战,永远值得我们去探索和努力。作为教师,对于我的过去,我将永远记住并不断的总结;对于我的未来,我将不懈地攀登和向前,用我全部的汗水、精力、心血和生命去浇灌教育这永远鲜艳的花朵。

课堂是学生获取语言知识、提高语言技能、培养语言交际能力的主要场所,使教师的语言成为课堂教学的工具和学生学习的内容。而我们作为英语老师,感知身上压力更大。因为英语对我们来说更非母语,我们如何才能在课堂上更准确、流利、自信地表达自己的想法?
这一直是我们需要改进提高的部分——教师课堂用语。这本书的出现,真的是能使我们在短期能迅速提高,有据可依的范本。
该书提供了英语教学中最基本最实用的表达句式。part1中介绍英语课堂中常用句式。part2中介绍在指导学生4种技能及词汇、语法、发音时需要用到的表达方式。
第三部分介绍了在运动、游戏、文体活动、团体活动等活动中所需要的英语表达。part4中收录了教师与学生之间常用交流句式。此外,附录还为学生安排了不同主题的常用英语词汇,更有利于师生互动。
而且,经过严格筛选,书中常用词简洁、易懂、实用。英语教学的根本目的不是为了显示教师的。英语实力,所以我们应该避免使用一些晦涩难懂的高级词汇,提倡使用一些有利于教师解释和学生理解的简单句型。而对于不同层次的教学内容和每一种表达方式都会有一些细微的差异,书中包含了许多常用词汇,适用于不同的场合。
看了这本书中针对各种情况下的课堂用语,简明扼要而且用多种句子表达相同或相近的一个指令,真的非常值得我们借鉴学习,越细细地去阅读这本书,越开始对自己的课堂用语进行反思。
在课堂用语的表达中,常常存在一些问题。比如,在课堂中往往表达比较随意,用语不够规范。再则,表达时词汇单调,显得乏味,不能给学生很好的丰富语言的范例。
久而久之,对于学生能力的提升没有正面的帮助。就因为我们知道教师课堂语言的重要性,如何提高它是非常重要的!
什么因素经常影响我们老师的语言?首先,由于教师采用的教学方法不同,每个教师的教育背景和教育理念不同,所采用的教学方法也不同,所以呈现的教学语言也不尽相同。其次,教师的性格,教师的情感也起到一定影响。
此外,学生英语水平的高低也会影响教师上课时间的长短。
怎样可以帮助自己提高这方面的能力呢?首先,还是要规范自己的英语表达,先做到正确无误,不能有中式英语。尽量避免母语的影响。在表达时,句型和语法应吸收更多纯正的英语表达,使他们能在课堂上流利地表达自己的观点。
其次,要简明扼要,根据学生的年龄和知识特点,选择适合自己水平的语言,但略高于学生水平,有利于提高学生的能力。逐渐乃至全部使用英语去讲解新学的词汇,句子等等,让学生使用英语的能力得到提升。挖掘教材中的一些隐性话题,让学生拓展思维,进行互动交流。
再则,教师语言要生动风趣,幽默灵活。在这样的课堂中,教师往往可以运用自己的教育智慧,使课堂更加活跃,消除学生的紧张情绪,为语言交流创造更好的氛围。
然后,教学语言也可和板书,肢体语言相配合。让课堂上的表达更加丰富,让学生更明显、更容易理解自己的表达,更容易相互沟通。
接着,尽量用“积极语言”代替“消极语言”,给学生更多的鼓励与肯定,培养学生的学习积极性。每个人都有一种自卑感,特别是学生回答后,如果他们给他太直接的否定回答,可能会使他产生一种消极的学习情绪,另一种表达方式,可能会对学生产生意想不到的影响。
作为一名英语老师,我们的语言真的很重要。我相信我们应该多学习,多关注自己的课堂语言,这对学生的学习起到了积极的作用,我相信他们会更喜欢学习英语。

During this winter vacation I had the opportunity to read the book “Gone with the Wind.” It is a great novel written by American author Margaret Michell in the 1930s. It’s a story about southern living in the US during the Civil War. The story depicts the raise and fall of several wealthy families who owned plantations and slavers in Georgia, their love affairs and their pride as the well-to-do southerners. I especially like Scarlett O’Hara, who was a strong-willed southern woman. She was brought up in a rich family who owned many slaves and a large plantation. However, as the Yankee army from the Union marching down the South, the southerners lost their cause. O’Hara’s plantation was eventually destroyed by the war. But as a strong woman, she refused to go hungry. I was especially touched by the words she said in the final chapter of the book, with great hope, “tomorrow is another day.”
