A Lesson from Nature
Ladies and gentlemen: Good morning! Today, the title of my speech is A Lesson from Nature.
Around us , there are plants, animals and many other things. We live in nature, so to keep the balance of nature is very important for us. But today, too many trees are still being cut down in many countries and flood all over the world are getting more and more serious, A lot of land has gone with them. This is a lesson from nature.
When people move into a new place, they often cut down trees or pull out many wild plants to make farmland. They don’t know that trees can stop flood and wind from washing or blowing the earth away, and that many of these wild plants are food for some wild animals. If the animals can’t find enough plants to eat, they will die or have to leave the place.
In one part of the United States, for example, the deer there like to eat a kind of wild flowers. The mountain tigers there eat the deer. But people killed many mountain tigers to protect the deer. soon there were so many deer that the ate up all the wild flowers. Then the deer began to eat the green leaves of the young trees .so the farmers thought of ways to protect their trees, then the deer had nothing to eat and many of them died.
The number of trees, deer, tigers, wild flowers and plants has changed much—less and less. We need to do more to keep the balance of nature.

What life is about
“Good morning! Ladies and gentlemen”. Today, the title of my speech is “What life is about”
As we all know, the most important thing in life is our attitude towards it, lots of men have tried different ways of treating life, and some succeeded, some failed, and here are some of the tips they left us. Life isn’t about keeping score. Life isn’t about your shoes or your hair or the color of your skin. In fact it’s not about if you have lots of friends or if you are alone, and it’s not about how accepted or unaccepted you are. Life just isn’t about that.
But life is about whom you love and who you hurt. It’s about how you feel about yourself. It’s about trust, happiness and compassion. Life is about avoiding jealousy, overcoming ignorance and building confidence. It’s about what you say and what you mean. It’s about seeing people for who they are and not what they have. And we should always remember to be ourselves. Other might have things that we desire but being what we really are is the only trail leading to the true colors of life. Most of all, it’s about choosing to use your life to touch someone else’s in a way that could have never been achieved otherwise.
We’ve learnt how to make a living but not a life, we’ve added years to life, but not life to years. And it is time for us to choose whether to make a difference in our life.
And these choices are what life is about.

下午好!我的演讲题目是沙尘暴。
沙尘暴是我国北方地区春季日益频繁发生的一种恶劣天气。虽然我才13岁，但也经历过多次了。
我想大家对上月发生的沙尘暴记忆犹新，它席卷了11个省，给我国造成了很大的损失。
正如您从电视上看到的.，沙尘暴所到之处，狂风卷着黄沙和尘土肆劣横行，有时候一些大树都被从中间吹倒了。鸟儿失去他们的家园，孩子们也找不到回家的路，就像到了世界末日。
当沙尘暴发生时，我们的教室也充满了沙尘。可怜的老师，尽管已饱受粉笔灰之苦，现在又不得不待在灰尘中。可怜的同学们，他们告诉我简直都要窒息了!
我们热爱美丽的春天，我们珍爱明媚的阳光。但是沙尘暴给这些蒙上了阴影，我们知道，沙尘暴是大自然母亲对我们破坏生态劣行的惩罚。要重新看到蔚蓝的天空和明媚的春光，我们必须绿化山川，保护环境。如果我们现在就开始，还不晚。

Man’s life is a process of growing up, actually I’m standing here is a growth. If a person’s life must constituted by various choices, then I grow up along with these choices. It was my grandmother’s encouragement that revived from my passive attitude to become confident in myself. She said “ My dear, if you can’t change you figure, why not treat it as your own style. I believe in our future Honorable Judges, fellow students: Good afternoon! Recently, ther is a heated debate in our society. The college students are the beneficiaries of a rare privilege, who receive exceptional education at extraordinary places. But will we be able to face the challenge and support ourselves against all odds? Will we be able to better the lives of others? Will we be able to accept the responsibility of building the future of our country? The cynics say the college students are the pampered lost generation, which would cringe at the slightest discomfort. But the cynics are wrong. The college students I see are eagerly learning about how to live independently. We help each other clean the dormitory, go shopping and bargain together, and take part time jobs to supplement our pocket money. The cynics say we care for nothing other than grades;
and we neglect the need for character cultivation. But again, the cynics are wrong. We care deeply for each other, we cherish freedom, we treasure justice, and we seek truth. Last week, thousands of my fellow students had their blood type tested in order to make a contribution for the children who suffer from blood cancer. As college students, we are adolescents at the critical turning point in our lives. We all face a fundamental choice: cynicism or faith, each will profoundly impact our future, or even the future of our country. I believe in all my fellow classmates. Though we are still inexperienced and even a little bit childish. I believe that we have the courage and faith to meet any challenge and take on our responsibilities. Changing Ourselves
Honorable judges, ladies and gentlemen, good morning!
Today, my topic is “Changing Ourselves”.
At first, I'd like to tell you a little story about an insurance salean in Tokyo. Even though this man tried very hard to promote the insurance, nobody bought it. One day, he came to a all temple and began to brag about his insurance. After listening to his introduction, the monk said: “Your recommendation of insurance can't arouse any of my interests! When you are communicating with others, you must have the charm to attract others, or you will be unpromising in the future. Young man, try to change yourself!”
The salean thought deeply about each word. From then on, he invited all his friends to point out his weakness and kept on improving himself bit by bit for all his life. Thirty years later, he became a millionaire. And this man is the famous salesperson in the world: Yuan Yi Ping. His experience reflects one attitude: sometimes, we should change ourselves instead of changing the world.
Human beings always scan others, therefore, lots of people just see the flaws of them, then they will blame and criticize the outside factors, some people will even try to change them! Unfortunately, they ignore the importance of the inner factors.
Everybody in the world needs to examine himself critically, everybody has to learn to be tolerant and generous. You won't think the world is splendid unless you change your attitude first.
Dear friends, we'd better remodel ourselves rather than blame each other. If we do so, we'll find that yesterday's sorrow is today's gratification, yesterday's opponent is today's assistant, and yesterday's failure is today's success! Remember: if we can change ourselves, we can change the whole world!

今天，我演讲的题目是：“改变我们自己”.

人的眼睛长得朝向外部，总在观察、审视着别人。因此不少人总是先看到别人的缺点、短处，看到世事的不平。于是动辄指责、批评、埋怨别人和外部世界。甚至有人用了很多心思企图去改变它们，结果反倒忽视了改变自身的重要性。每个人都应该仔细地检查一下自己，每个人都应该学着去容忍、宽容别人。除非我们都从改变自己的态度做起，否则世界将永远不会变得美丽。
亲爱的朋友们，我们最好改变自己，而不是埋怨别人。如果我们这么做了，我们会发现：昨天的惆怅会转化为喜悦，昨天的对手今天可能变为助手，昨天的失败会转化为胜利。永远记住：如果我们都改变了自己，那么我们就能改变整个世界!
各位领导、各位班主任：
首先感谢学校领导给予我与各位班主任交流工作经验的机会，对于我而言，这次交流更像是一次学习的机会。担任班主任是一项光荣而艰巨的工作，坐在这里的每一位曾经担任过班主任的老师都应该有深刻的体会，因为我们都曾经历过摸索、探求、失败和成功。作为一个班主任，我也有着深刻的体验，班级管理涉及方方面面，而学生的思想又变化万千。特别是二十一世纪的孩子们，个性鲜明，见多识广，思维灵活。在我从事班主任工作的四年中，我不仅学到了很多知识，也有了很多心得体会。今天在这里与大家交流，希望能够得到大家的批评指正。
1、工作要有责任心
只有有责任心的班主任，工作才会实抓实干，才能管理好班级。
2、工作要细心
只有关心细微之处的班主任，才能及时发现学生的点滴进步，及时给予肯定和表扬，促使学生的进步得到认可，并激发他们养成良好习惯的动力。只有关注细节的班主任，才能及时察觉学生的不良行为，并即时进行批评和教育，早期消除不良行为的苗头。同时，也只有细心的班主任，才能制定出详尽的规章制度，让学生在每天、每时、每刻都有明确的行为准则和约束，使之成为他们行为的指导和依据。
3、工作要有耐心
班主任工作不是一朝一夕的工作，而是一项长期的工作。这一点主要体现在后进生的转化教育工作上。每个班级都有一些相对落后的学生，只要班主任把后进生教育好了，班级管理工作就有效了。但是，要完成后进生思想的转变，行为习惯的转变，却并非易事。因此，我们班主任也要学会打“持久战”。
4、把握几个尺度。
一、管与放的尺度
作为一个班主任，管理工作应该是最重要的事情，但是需要注意到我们管理的对象是成长中的学生。在实际工作中，班主任可以负责很多方面的管理，从学生的日常行为规范、着装，到他们的思想发展、前途规划，以及班级的建设与发展。许多班主任都非常热情，他们亲自参与班级工作，早晚跟着学生，无所不管，有时甚至扮演着"管家"、“警察”或“保姆”的角色。这种管理方式确实有其优点，因为班主任一直跟着学生，如果拥有足够的时间和精力，并且坚持三年如一日，班级的状况绝对不会变差。但是这种管理方式是最没有技术含量的，它的最大问题在于管得过多过死，容易造成学生过于依赖，创造力和独立性差，缺乏自我教育和自我管理的能力。最明显的表现就是，当班主任在场时，学生一个样子，但班主任离开后，学生又是另一番模样。这样培养出来的学生在大学里的发展空间会受到限制。同时，这种管理方式也容易让班主任陷入琐事之中，导致精疲力竭，不利于他们自身的提升和发展。
陶行知先生主张，“教是为了引导学生自己去学习”，魏书生老师也认同“管是为了让学生自己去管理”。从根本上说，他们的思想是要充分发挥学生在教育管理中的主体作用，实现“自我管理与指导相结合”。
我认为班主任在管理班级时承担着重要的责任。具体而言，班主任需要关注以下几个方面：首先，制定班级的长期目标，确定班级工作的整体思路；其次，培养一支强大而有能力的干部队伍，并进行指导和监督；再次，积极开展对个别学生和全体学生的思想工作，提高班级的凝聚力和向心力；最后，协调各方面的关系，形成教育合力。
而该放的要坚决放手，学生能干的，班主任坚决不要干。在做好以上工作的同时，班主任要大胆放手，把一些具体事务派下去，建立层次分明的立体型管理体系，如主题班会、每天的教室清洁、课间操甚至一些大型的活动等等。班主任要充分调动学生积极主动性，分工授权，引导学生参与管理，逐步锻炼和培养学生的自我教育和自我管理能力。但涉及到班级整体氛围、班风的事我是严格关注的，因为我认为这是大事儿。 总之，管大放小，管主放次，授权负责，分层管理，既有利于班级的建设与发展，又有利于学生个性完善、能力的提高。
二、活与静的尺度
一个班级活跃的氛围很好，但是也不能过于活跃，这就需要班主任具备驾驭这种氛围的能力和恰到好处的把握。常有教师抱怨自己班上的学生不够踏实，虽然课堂气氛很活跃，但一到考试就表现不佳，我认为这是度的问题。
在班级管理中，我认为有三个方面非常重要：第一是课堂氛围。我的第一个班级是20xx级的8班，在这一点上我感觉我是失败的，上课有点沉闷。当老师提出问题时，明明很多学生都知道答案，却不愿意说出来，导致课堂上的情绪无法提升，影响了课堂效率。为了改善这一点，我在带上一届的20xx级这个班时采取了两个我认为比较有效的措施来营造良好的课堂氛围。首先，在上课开始时，要求学生向老师充满激情地问好，这是一个良好的开端。可以想象，高亢的问候声既可以调动学生的激情，也可以激发老师的激情。其次，建议年级统一要求课桌上不能堆放过多的书籍，这样不想参与课堂的学生就无处可躲，能够有效地调动学生参与课堂的积极性。特别是在高三年级，这一点尤为有效。第二个必须要注意的方面是各项活动的活跃性。对于这一点，我认为大胆地放手让学生去完成可以有效激发学生的参与热情和积极性。在玩耍的时候要尽情享受，充分发挥自己的水平。例如，在运动会时，我从来不主张学生仅仅专注于学习。我的要求是尽情参与，没有项目的可以担任拉拉队员，或者从事服务工作。如果实在没有其他任务，也可以当观众。我告诉学生们，如果你总是坐在那里学习写作业，从小方面说你就是不积极不关心集体，从大方面说你是自私自利影响班级团结。大型活动是检验和提高一个班级凝聚力的最佳机会，因此班主任一定要重视，不能因为怕耽误学生的学习时间而有意避开或表现不积极，特别是在班级建立之初。第三个，也是最重要的一点，就是学生的性格活跃。学习是学生最重要的任务，但学习并不是唯一的'任务，而且学习成绩也不是孤立影响的，它由很多方面共同决定。特别是班主任在宏观把握上不能只关注学生的学习成绩高低。如果班上的学生没有良好的心态和开朗的性格，我认为学习效果会大打折扣。这就要求老师善于引导，在及时发现一些迹象的时候能够及时解决。特别是在与学生谈心的时候，不要总是强调学习学习，可以多谈谈他的特长，适当指出他的问题，让他觉得自己并不是一无是处，只需要坚持一下、多一点努力就可以做得更好。
一个班级除了活，还离不开静，静不能等同于死，我在班级管理中一直高调的提倡两个静字(到过我们班教室的老师可能都看到过，我们班教室的两侧墙上一直的挂着两个“静”字)：第一个静是学习的心态要静，人只有在心平气和的情况下才能有更高的效率，在这方面，我一直对学生说，在学习过程中，尤其是在自习时间，要能像僧人一样能够“入定”，学习过程中不能像一只兔子，外面的任何风吹草动都可以警觉的，这样是不可能搞好学习的，在这方面我对学生提出了一个要求，很简单，就是每次在自习课时，我进教室的时候，班上的绝大多数同学应该不知道我进来(当然我是安安静静的进教室)，在培养学生这方面的素质时尤其是要注意几个重点对象，要善于抓重点，把几个重点抓下来了，整个班级的氛围就上来了。第二个静是环境的安静，虽然在强调学生的心要静得下来，能够抗得住干扰，但我们还是要为他们尽可能的创造出良好的学习环境，这个良好的学习环境我比较关注的主要是三个时间段，一个是自习时间，一个是午休时间，还有一个是课间时间，可能前面的两个时间段都比较好理解，对于课间时间，很多老师可能并不理解，我是这么想的，很多会听课的学生往往在上课的时候把绝大部分精力都用在认真听课上，所以笔记做得比较马虎，只记了一个梗概，在下课的时候他们往往要用几分钟的时间对上节课的笔记进行初步整理，有些同学有课前预习的习惯，也需要相对安静的环境，所以即使是下课时间，我也要求学生保持教室的相对安静，虽然不一定像自习课那样绝对安静，但也不能太吵，需要休息的同学尽可能到教室外面休息放松，在学习环境方面，我有一个1>59的观念，就是班上有60个学生，即使只有一个学生在搞学习，另外59个学生都要为他创造良好的学习氛围，因为这个学生很可能就是你自己。去年学校作息时间改了后，下午两点一十上课，所以晚自习前的时间多出20分钟来，高三有很多班级都把晚自习进教室时间提前了20分钟，但我们班没有硬性要求你什么时候进教室，但有一点必须注意，就是你可以提前一点来，但只要你进了教室就必须安静下来，做不到这一点你就干脆迟一点，你可以不珍惜你自己的时间，但你没有权利影响他人的学习。
三、严与宽的尺度
严格管理一直以来都是学校对班主任管理工作的要求，而班主任也深知严格管理的重要性。然而，需要注意的是，“严”并不代表要严厉、冷酷地对待学生，严格管理更注重的是在原则和纪律上的执行。如果管理过于严苛，往往会导致学生个性受压抑、自卑感加重、自制力不佳，甚至可能引发学生的逆反心理，进而导致师生关系僵化。这既不利于学生身心健康的发展，也不利于班级工作的顺利进行。因此，班主任在进行严格管理时，应准确掌握尺度，做到严而有度。
严格管理班级，我认为注意这样几个方面的问题，一个是时间上，在新的班级建立之初，一定要有比较严格的管理，因为开始的严格便于学生的养成教育，一旦通过开始的严格管理使学生养成了良好的学习习惯和行为习惯，以后的管理就会事半功倍，在这方面，我们有一个做得非常好的老师，就是我们组的唐敏老师，他在这方面非常有心得，他带班往往也是以严格著称，但是他投入最多的时候就是在建班之初，用他的话说就是开始整顺了整服帖了，后面就轻松了，我也很赞成他的观点，所以也一直在努力向他学习。第二是各种规章制度觉得能执行的就制定，不能执行的就干脆不要，这样你将来的处罚才能够严格执行，不能让学生有漏洞可钻。第三就是严格的处罚也要讲技巧，班主任一定要注意不能完全的一视同仁，不同的人要有不同的处理方法，一是惯犯与偶犯，我常给我的学生说，人无完人，谁都可能犯错，所以我允许大家犯错，比如说迟到的问题，我敢说，就是在座的各位，谁都不敢说自己从来没有迟过到，所以我认为学生偶尔迟到是一件非常正常的事儿，但是一定要区分偶尔迟到和经常迟到，偶尔迟到是可以原谅的，但是经常迟到就变成了一中习惯，有迟到习惯的同学绝对不能姑息，所以有时候我们班同样两个同学迟到，但一个可以只是稍微提醒就回到自己的座位上上自习，但另一个则只能站在教室后排上完自习，有时候甚至还有更严厉的处罚，比如说跑步，甚至联合家长一起做专项治理。二是不同身份的同学的处理方法也应该有所区别，对于班级的主要班干部，在公共场合有问题一定要处罚，但同时也要爱护，你想啊，任何一个管理者都需要有自己的铁杆，如果所有人都不和你站在一边，自己不就成了光杆司令了吗，以后自己的治班思路和各项规定还怎么贯彻下去呢，所以这些同学一定要打一下还要摸一下，也就是不能把自己的核心队伍打散了(但如果你觉得某个班干部不适合还是要果断的换掉);对于那些成绩很好的同学犯了错误，一定要敢于批评，因为往往这些同学都是班里的榜样，榜样的力量是无穷的，如果这些同学不能管下来，他们产生的负面作用将是巨大的，班上一定不能有特殊的尖子生;最后是对于那些屡教不改的顽固分子要学会冷处理，要通过管理的手段在班级舆论上孤立他，让他在班内没有市场，甚至有时候他犯了错也不理他，让他和班级的同学都感觉他是一个特殊的人，当他感觉到孤独的时候，他自然会慢慢的回到主流中来的，和这样的人对着杆，吃亏的往往是班主任，受损的往往是班级氛围，最得意的是那些想出风头的学生，除非你已经决定让他离开或者判断他可以用强硬的手段一次性把他拿下。在处理一些问题的时候，也可以通过选择性发现来回避一些矛盾，也就是自己不太想处理的人和事可以巧妙的移开自己的视线，假装没有看见，而对于必须要处理的人和事则要明察秋毫，这也是一种技巧，也需要一个尺度的把握。最后，在原则问题面前，就没有这么多区别了，不管是谁，只要犯了原则性错误，那就是毫不客气的，比如说影响他人学习的，扰乱课堂秩序的，顶撞老师的，考试舞弊的等等。严还必须与宽有效结合起来，灵活处理。当然，不管是谁，处罚之后，班主任要私下做好被处罚学生的思想工作，使其正确认识错误，并努力改正。同时，对学生违纪处罚的方式要多样化，要寓教育于处罚之中。大家耳熟能详的魏书生老师对学生犯错误的处罚的三个一：唱一支歌，做一件好事，写一份关于错误的说明。他就把处罚变为生动的自我教育的做法，对我们是一个很好的启迪。
工作实践中，严和宽是教育中的两个重要方面，相辅相成又对立统一。严并不意味着冷酷无情，宽也并非纵容放任。只有在教育中做到“严中有度，宽中有爱，爱中有教”，我们才能够实现预期的教育效果。
四、与学生的关系尺度
亦师亦友，师生关系是一个常用的词汇，用来形容良好的师生互动。对于年轻的班主任来说，在掌握师和友的尺度上可能会有一些难度。在我看来，师和友中倾向于师的角色更为重要。师与友最大的不同之处在于严肃性和权威性。在教室和课堂上以及处理问题时，你就是老师，必须保持严肃和权威。尤其是在处理一些原则性问题时，不允许学生嬉笑调侃。作为班主任，必须具备控制局面的魄力。例如，自习课上进入教室时，如果里面吵闹，只需一声“安静”，教室立刻安静下来；当处理一个同学问题时，他和你嬉笑调侃，只需一声“严肃点”，他会立刻站好规矩。如果此时还和他讲“友情”，那就表明你作为班主任无能。当然，这样的权威和严肃并不是通过自己大喝一声来实现的，而应该是学生对你的尊敬感的结果。在关键时刻，学生敬畏你、服从你，是因为他们对你的尊敬。这就不得不提到“友”这个词。我认为师生之间的友好关系主要体现在老师关心学生以及学生对老师的信任上。在这一点上，主动权在于老师。只有当老师真正关心学生、在生活中接近他们时，学生才会对老师产生足够的信任感，才愿意与老师交流。这种交流就是一种友谊。在拉近师生间距离方面，我觉得陈晓伟老师做得非常出色。他曾经说过一句让我印象深刻的话。有一次，我准备去体育馆打球时，碰到陈老师拿着一个羽毛球拍从体育馆走出来。熟悉他的老师都知道，陈老师的羽毛球技术并不好。我开玩笑地说：“你应该打不过你的学生吧。”他回答：“我确实打不过，但我的目的是向他们示弱。”就是这句话让我至今仍在思考，原来示弱也是一种技巧，也是拉近师生关系的有效方法。很多老师都不愿意在学生面前示弱，希望在学生面前扮演神的角色。然而，我认为这样只会与学生疏远。事实上，要让学生愿意接近你，首先得让他们认为你也是一个普通人，有自己的弱点，让学生感受到在生活中他们完全可以接近你。这真是一种理想境界。然而，要达到这样的境界，还有许多需要体会的。我觉得在这方面的尺度把握还远远不够，一直在不断探索中。也希望各位能给予我帮助。
5、用公平民主平等学生
我们都知道公平民主是应该讲的，但实际上很少有人能够真正做到。我相信自己在这方面已经做得很好了。我告诉学生们，无论谁，只要你们不主动找我，我都不会找你们谈话。在我的眼里，我们班上没有所谓的差生。即使是成绩相对较差的学生，也可以过得很快乐，因为我给每个学生提供了展示各自特长的舞台。不要在班级里说差生这样的词，因为一旦说出来，就意味着有差生的存在，这样他们就不会有机会变得更好。同样，也不要说某某学生具备某项实力，因为这等于否定其他七八十位学生的实力。所以，在我们班级中，每个学生都觉得自己很出色，至少我希望如此。
6、 善于挖掘学生身上的闪光点
每个人都希望被赞扬。不仅优等生需要表扬，学困生同样需要赞扬。实际上，学困生身上也存在着许多优点，我们需要去发现和挖掘。作为班主任，我们应该善于发现学困生身上的闪光点，给予他们信任，并引导他们有意识地发扬优点，克服缺点，从而朝着积极的方向发展。作为班主任，我们不应吝啬对学生的表扬，而应该多多激励他们。我曾经在全班同学面前发过火，但事后我反思，自己当时的样子是否很难看，是否有损教师的形象。如果可以通过其他方式教育学生，为什么要发火和斥责呢？这样做既伤害到自己的身体，又使班级的氛围变得压抑。其实，学生拥有不同的教育基础，来自不同的家庭，智力水平也不相同，因此学生的发展是多层面的。只要他们在原有基础上取得进步就足够了。我认为，“蹲下来看学生”大概就是换一种角度看待学生吧。我们不能用同样的方式要求每个学生，因为学生的发展是多方面的。我们应该多考虑学生自身的特点，因材施教。
7、 要有一颗平常心，要会自得其乐。
当一名班主任，是一项艰巨而又不易的任务；而成为一名优秀的班主任更加不容易。很多人可能会抱怨班主任工作的辛苦，这也导致了许多人不愿意担任班主任的职务。然而，如果你目前就是一名班主任，我希望你不要抱怨，而要以平常心对待这份工作，并从中寻找快乐。我们要在工作和生活中都能感到快乐，要换一种角度去思考问题，合理地排解自己的消极情绪，学会享受其中的乐趣。只有保持良好的情绪，才能影响学生，进而取得更好的教育教学效果。
总之，担任班主任是一项错综复杂的工作，惟有从微小事情入手，始于点滴，巧妙应变，默默关心学生，在细节中施展人文关怀，方能真正渗透进学生内心，将工作做到心坎里。

On a Saturday morning. I went to have breakfast. I felt there was a terrible smell and went over to have a look carefully. I found that there was a big pile of banana skins giving out the smell.Just then a young fellow holding a dustpan rubbish to walk towards here . He raised his hands, The big pile of rubbish was here. At once I went to him and said “Uncle , you can’t do like this . These things will rot very soon. It’s bad for our health and make the people fall ill.” However ,the man said “Everyone does so ,who falls ill,who will see the doctor.”
Looking at this , I remembered another act : There is a stream through our village. Over it there are two bridges .At the age of seven years old , I enjoyed the beautiful scenery under the bridge very much. It was the best place to swim in summer. But now the rubbish was getting more and more .Dish leaves,fruit skins,dead ducks and chickens….after rotting ,not only the mosquitos flew around but also the bad smell made everyone feel quite terrible.Though the stream was cleaned up several times, it’s still happening now. A lot of plastic bags always float on it .In summmer we have to go far away from the village to swim.
What causes this? Who is the devil?It’s the human ourselves. I have got to known from a book .The rubbish in the countryside mostly occupies the fields and damages the earth’s surface .It pollutes soil,wave ,atmosphere and damages our health. The adults often say “The body is capital.” But why are they able to make woollen cloth like this ? Does it affect everybody’s safe and sound life ?

Many animals are in danger of dying out. As is shown in the chart, we can see the number of animal species decreases faster and faster and this trend will continue. From 1980 to 20xx, at least 1 million animal species have disappeared. Worse still, more and more wild animals are in great danger. It is not a piece of sensational news; it is a fact, a harsh reality. Unfortunately, we may not see these animals in the near future.
From the second picture, we can find some reasons. Why is the number of animal species declining year by year? Apparently animals have become victims of fashion industry. Animal skin has been used to make fashionable clothes and these clothes sell at a high price. So some greedy people begin to kill animals in a large quantity. This irresponsible behavior not only breaks the balance of nature but also endangers the living environment of human beings.
As far as I am concerned, something must be done to stop this illegal action. We believe "no buying, no killing". First, we must make concerning laws to protect these animals in danger. Sandstorm
Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen, Today I'm going to talk about sandstorm.
Sandstorm is a kind of bad weather witch is becoming increasingly common in Northwestern China, and it usually happens in spring and fall. Though I'm only 13, I have experienced it and suffered from it quite a lot.
I'm sure most people still remember the sandstorm that happened last month. It swept across the large area of 11 provinces and caused a great loss to our nation.
As you can see on TV, when a sandstorm comes, the wind blows strongly with dust and sand. Sometimes trees are even broken down in half, and little birds cannot find their homes. Sometimes clouds of dust blur the vision, and little kids cannot find their ways. It's like the end of the world.
When a sandstorm occurs, our classroom is filled with dust and sand. My poor teachers! They've breathed in enough chalk-powder. Now, they have to take in much dust. My poor fellow classmates! They told me they were almost dying.
We love beautiful spring. We cherish bright sunshine. But sandstorms destroy all the lovely things. Yet we know it is Mother Nature's revenge on what we have done to her. In order to see blue sky and sunny spring again, we should plant more trees and more grass to protect the environment. And it is not too late if we start right now.
Though it's a hard job to fight against the sandstorm, it is the battle we must fight, and it is a battle we must win!

As students,we could share more time with our friends.The friendship in our young hearts is pure,fresh and simple.I often feel very lucky to have a lot of good friends.Especially when I had Justin as one of my best friends.Justin was my English teacher from the USA.I met him in 1996 when I was a student who could only speak very little English.Justin was a vivid young man with a bright smile on his face,and he always had his special way to make the class active and attractive.He taught us English by telling stories,playing games,singing songs,and even dancing.I could still remember very clearly that one afternoon when we fin-ished our class,we went to some other classes to sing songs for them,just like what people do in the states on Christmas Eve.It was so interesting and unforgettable.Justin was an excellent teacher,because he taught us not only how to study English well,but also the way to find out the beauty of the world and the way to be angels to others' lives.I know there was friendship and pure love in our hearts.Facing this valuable emotion neither nationality nor age was important,the real importance lay in faith,under-standing,and care.Justin is the best friend I have ever had,and I know I will cherish those days of staying together with him as the best part of my memory.

lhasa is the mixture of tradition and fashion.
firstly, lhasa has a long history. it is the political, cultural and economic center of tibet. it has lots of famous sights to offer. the potala palace is the most famous, a magnificent and wonderful place to look at. in my opinion it is a unique artistic achievement of the tibetan people. likewise, the architecture, carvings and paintings throughout the city show hard work, wisdom and bravery of our people.
secondly, led by the reforming and opening policy of china, lhasa has changed a lot. many new things have arrived up here, changing the face of the city. the old and new lie side by side in lhasa.
many new buildings, schools and roads have been built here. furthermore, the qing—zang railway leading to lhasa is being built. many shopping centers have been opened, and modern technology like telecommunications is spreading. the whole city looks prosperous, and our tibetan people take on a new look. every festival, people walk around freely on the new, wide and smooth streets, wearing the beautiful traditional costumes.
right now, i am looking forward to a festival called shodün which comes in june for eating yoghurt. at this time, all my family and i gather for a picnic together at the norbulinka, a famous garden. in the garden, we sing tibetan songs, dance “guo zhuang” on the grass; eat zanba, drink butter tea and barley beer on the beautiful carpet as well. we enjoy our life. i think that this festival exhibits the open-minded and optimistic character of the tibetan people.

The problems of one's life are not seen as having resultedfrom bad luck as much as having come from one's laziness and unwillingness totake responsibility in pursuing a better life.
In the American mind, change is seen as indisputably good, leading todevelopment, improvement, progress. Many older, more traditional culturesconsider change disruptive and destructive; they value stability, continuity,tradition, and ancient heritage - none of which are considered very important inthe United States.
Time is of utmost importance to most Americans. It is something to be on,kept, filled, saved, used, spent, wasted, lost, gained, planned, given, evenkilled. Americans are more concerned with getting things accomplished on timethan they are with developing interpersonal relations. Their lives seemcontrolled by the little machines they wear on their wrists, cutting theirdiscussions off abruptly to make their next appointment on time. This philosophyhas enabled Americans to be extremely productive, and productivity Is highlyvalued In their country.
Equality is so cherished in the U.S. that it is seen as having a religiousbasis. Americans believe that all people are created equal and that all shouldhave an equal opportunity to succeed. This concept of equality is strange toseven-eighths of the world which views status and authority as desirable, evenif they happen to be near the bottom of the social order. Since Americans liketo treat foreigners "Just like anybody else", newcomers to the U.S. shouldrealize that no insult or personal indignity is intended if they are treated ina less than-deferential manner by waiters in restaurants, clerks in stores andhotels, taxi drivers, and other service personnel.
Americans view themselves as highly individualistic in their thoughts andactions. They resist being thought of as representatives of any homogeneousgroup. When they do join groups, they believe they are special. Just a littledifferent from other members of the same group. In the U.S. you will find peoplefreely expressing a variety of opinions anywhere and anytime. Yet, in spite ofthis independence, almost all Americans end up voting for one of their two majorpolitical parties. Individualism leads to privacy, which Americans see asdesirable. The word privacy does not exist in many non-Western languages. If Itdoes, it is likely to have a negative connotation, suggesting loneliness orforced isolation. It is not uncommon for Americans to say, and almost tobelieve: "If I don't have half an hour a day to myself, I go stark-ravingmad!"
Americans take credit only for what they accomplish as individuals. Theyget no credit for having been born into a rich family but pride themselves inhaving climbed the ladder of success, to whatever level, all by themselves. Inan English-language dictionary, there are more than 100 composite words thathave the word "self" as a prefix: self-aware. self-confident, self-conscious,self-contented, self-control, self-criticism, self-deception, self-defeating,self-denial. The equivalent of these words cannot be found in most otherlanguages. It is an indicator of how highly Americans regard the self-made manor woman.
Many other countries have developed subtle, sometimes highly ritualistic,ways of informing others of unpleasant information. Americans prefer the directapproach. They are likely to be completely honest in delivering their negativeevaluations, and to consider, anything other than the most direct and openapproach to be "dishonest" and "insincere". Anyone in the U.S. who uses anintermediary to deliver the message will also be considered "manipulative" and"untrustworthy". If you come from a country where saving face is important, beassured that Americans are not trying to make you lose face with theirdirectness.
As a matter of fact, the major American Value is distinct from Chinese. Weought to accept it when we communicate with Americans. Thus, we need makeourselves think globally and act locally.

今天面对在坐的各位经验丰富、优秀的老师,教学经验谈不上，只想把我在日常教学工作中的一些体会与大家一起分享，如果有说的不好的地方，还请各位多提宝贵意见。
从大学毕业到现在我已走上讲台整整七年，而在过去的七年当中让我进步最快的就是上个学期。在上个学期，为提高课堂教学效率，打造高效课堂，切实落实“五步短动式教学法”在课堂中的运用，我前后共上了六节公开课。通过反复的实践，使我的教学观念有了一个巨大的转变，对“五步短动式教学法”有了更深的理解，将“五步短动式教学法”融入到每节课中，尽可能地发挥学生的主体地位，尽可能地创设和谐、民主、宽松的教学环境，让学生真正成为课堂的主人。下面介绍一下我在教学中的几点做法。
一、转变课堂教学模式
有人认为历史是一门老师好教、学生好学的学科。对于学生来说，不需要有什么基础，只要认真学习就不会有太大的问题。但是在现实教学中我所面临的问题是：有的学生不爱学，学的不认真、不积极，惰性极强。面对这种情况，我在上课时灵活运用“五步短动式教学法”，将课堂分解为“看一看”、“说一说”、“听一听”、“议一议”、“练一练”五个环节，穿插于整节课,使师生之间一直处于互动状态，尽量提高学生注意力。敢于放手，注意培养学生的各方面能力，把大部分的讲授时间交还给学生使用,发挥学生的主体作用。在课堂上不
为了能够给所有学生提供平等的学习机会，我们特别注重创造条件和机会，让那些遇到学习困难的学生有更多参与课堂学习的机会。我们致力于帮助他们重新获得自信，并尝试成功后所带来的喜悦，从而再次点燃他们对学习的兴趣。
二、小组评价机制渗透到课堂内外
课堂上组织学生以学习小组为单位参与学习，回答问题即可得到相应的'分数，然后把分数统计作为评选“优秀小组”的依据。尤其对一些学困生，我往往采用学困生答对问题加双倍分，帮助他们树立自信心，不放弃学习。利用小组评价机制也打破了课堂沉闷、死板的状态，激发了学生主动学习的热情。我还把小组评价机制沿用到课后的作业和知识点背诵的检查中。在作业中，书写工整、规范并且及时改错的就给予加分;而对于那些不认真完成作业、不及时改错的就减分，并鼓励他们在课堂上通过积极参与课堂将因为自己所丢的分数赚回来。在知识点背诵的检查中，凡是按照老师要求全组同学都背诵完的就给予加分，班上第一个背诵完的小组给予双倍加分。大大提升了学生学习的积极性。通过一个学期的实践，证明小组评价机制的运用是行之有效的。
三、重视学生兴趣的培养
“爱好是最好的导师”，没有兴趣，学习就会成为负担。有了兴趣，学习就成为一种需求，就学得轻松愉快，动力无穷。历史课是一门非常有趣的科目，一节优秀的历史课应该设法将生动、鲜活的历史呈现在学生面前，不能只是枯燥地灌输和强迫学生死记那些历史知识。在我进行历史教学时，经常运用多媒体教学手段，播放一些纪录片、电影资料或相关的歌曲，创造历史情境，让学生置身其中，激发他们对历史的学习兴趣。例如，在讲授《郑和下西洋》时，我播放了一段纪录片资料，不需要深入解释，学生就能理解这个部分的主要内容。在讲授《蒙古的建立及元朝的统一》中的“行省制”时，通过课件演示将抽象的内容具体化，调动学生的各种感观，加强对知识的掌握。学生对历史产生了兴趣，课堂上所讲的知识会更加深刻，提高了学习效果。
四、构建历史知识体系
构建历史知识体系有助于厘清历史知识的线索，使其更具系统性和条理性，从而提升学生的学习成绩。因此，在我讲授新课时，我非常注重与旧知识点的关联，并重视引导学生构建自己的“历史知识体系”，力求让他们形成每一课、每一个单元以及整本书的独特的知识体系。这样，在复习时，学生的思路将更加清晰明了，能够节省大量时间，显著提高学习效率。
在过去的教育教学工作中，我发现自己存在诸多不足之处。然而，在未来的教学中，我将坚持不断努力和探索，积累宝贵经验，以进一步提升我的教学水平，帮助学生成绩更上一层楼。感谢大家！

Recently， ther is a heated debate in our society. The college students are the beneficiaries of a rare privilege， who receive exceptional education at extraordinary places. But will we be able to face the challenge and support ourselves against all odds？ Will we be able to better the lives of others？ Will we be able to accept the responsibility of building the future of our country？
The cynics say the college students are the pampered lost generation， which would cringe at the slightest discomfort. But the cynics are wrong. The college students I see are eagerly learning about how to live independently. We help each other clean the dormitory， go shopping and bargain together， and take part time jobs to supplement our pocket money.
The cynics say we care for nothing other than grades； and we neglect the need for character cultivation. But again， the cynics are wrong. We care deeply for each other， we cherish freedom， we treasure justice， and we seek truth. Last week， thousands of my fellow students had their blood type tested in order to make a contribution for the children who suffer from blood cancer.
As college students， we are adolescents at the critical turning point in our lives. We all face a fundamental choice： cynicism or faith， each will profoundly impact our future， or even the future of our country. I believe in all my fellow classmates. Though we are still inexperienced and even a little bit childish. I believe that we have the courage and faith to meet any challenge and take on our responsibilities. We are preparing to assume new responsibilities and tasks， and to use the education we have received to make our world a better place. I believe in our future.

As students,we could share more time with our friendship in our young hearts is pure,fresh and simple.I often feel very lucky to have a lot of good cially when I had Justin as one of my best in was my English teacher from the USA.I met him in 1996 when I was a student who could only speak very little in was a vivid young man with a bright smile on his face,and he always had his special way to make the class active and taught us English by telling stories,playing games,singing songs,and even dancing.I could still remember very clearly that one afternoon when we fin-ished our class,we went to some other classes to sing songs for them,just like what people do in the states on Christmas was so interesting and in was an excellent teacher,because he taught us not only how to study English well,but also the way to find out the beauty of the world and the way to be angels to others' lives.I know there was friendship and pure love in our ng this valuable emotion neither nationality nor age was important,the real importance lay in faith,under-standing,and in is the best friend I have ever had,and I know I will cherish those days of staying together with him as the best part of my memory.
